Dusk and Foxes

Not being able to hold on much longer, the prey hunter jumped away from the fox, landing over a tall rock. Not losing any second, the prey-hunter leaped toward the fox's face with unsheathed claws, badly injuring one of its eyes before landing back. Fox hissed at the bod predator, with his claws unsheathed digging the ground. "Be careful!" He mewed to the she-cat that was fighting by his side. He was worried about her safety and he couldn't stop blaming himself for not being more careful when he came here. He should have checked the place before inviting her here.

Fox used Leaping Bound on the fox, dealing 6 damage and costing 10 SP. Fox is no longer stunned.

Yowling in pain and with one good eye, the fox dove his head to the she-cat that was closer to him and caught her by the scruff, shaking her angrily. The spotted tom watched with horror how the blood of the warrior was being spilled by those savage fangs and he couldn't stay without doing anything to help her. Hissing with fury, Fox that hunts in the Night took the opportunity to tackle the predator that wasn't focused on him since he was busy trying to hurt Duskflower.

Fox used Run-and-Tackle on the fox, dealing 6+3 damage and costing 10 stamina.

Duskflower let out a hiss of pain as the fox shook her about by her scruff. The dusky she cat felt dazed by the pain as it had exploded from where the Fox's fangs met her scruff. When he has tackled to fox she had breifly been let go and she put some distance between her and the fox for a moment waiting for a moment to see straight again.

OCC: Try to use moves that deal a lot of damage so we can defeat it :3 Also (if we can't kill the fox between the stunned turns) the next attack would be against Fox (the cat) so he would be defeated.

IC:
Remembering how he lost his father because of a predator like this fox, the tom leaped once again with all the bravery he could gather inside his body. Biting as hard as he could the head of the big animal and slashing its face, the prey-hunter fought against the fox so the animal wouldn't hurt Duskflower anymore. He could be killed by its fangs but it was better than losing another cat that he loved and cared for.

Duskflower shook her head her vision returning to her. She fluffed her fur out bristling before she judged the distance. Before the she cat bunched her muscles and darted once again under the fox and slashed at its underside quickly before she once again scampered out putting some space between her and the predator again.

Fox kept his claws on the face of the predator even when it shook his head desperate because of the pain and blood loss. The tom slashed the only good eye of the animal, blinding it completely while Duskflower attacked the predator from below.

The huge animal finally could stand up any longer and fell to the ground without any strength. The blood spilled the earth and with a last final breath, the predator died because of the multiple wounds. The spotted tom, still feeling the adrenaline running through his blood, shook the fox's scruff to be sure that it wasn't moving and then ran toward the dusky she-cat, looking at her with concerned green eyes. "Oh no! This is all my fault! I'm so sorry, Duskflower... this wouldn't have happened if I had checked the territory before. We must bring you back to the camp to heal your wounds! Come, you can lean on me if you need to." He said, offering his shoulder without separating his gaze from her yellow eyes.

Duskflower blinked and heaved a sigh of relief pain still throbbed dully at her scruff and looked to she gavr a small smile"its..fine"She mewed quietly leaning just a little bit on him as she walked back to camp with him not breaking eye contact from him.

The orange-colored tom walked trying to not cause her more pain than it should be. For the first time, he didn't worry about the prey they left behind. He could hunt more every day but Duskflower... she must get to the medicine cat den as fast as she could. Without saying a word, the tom helped her as they walked slowly back to camp thinking about how afraid he was to the thought of losing her. For the first time he met her he started to develop feelings different from friendship. She was more than a friend and he wanted to protect her more than anybody but he still couldn't say that this was love because he wasn't sure yet. It felt... different from his old relationship with Cloverleaf.
