Meet us by the River, where it all began [Closed]

Duskkit waited by the edges of the forest, he was hoping that his siblings had gotten his message and they would all be ready to cross it. To cross the boundary between clans and meet their father again. He missed him, Otterleap was so bushy and warm. Their father had been there for them in the cave, it felt wrong that they were separated now.

Coalkit, her coal black fur and one white paw blended into the shadows of the underbrush as she snuck out of camp. They would be so dead if their mother, Umberflame caught them out here but she missed her father and like Duskkit wanted to go and see him. This was one opportunity she could not pass up. Soon they'd be apprentices and then maybe they could visit their father every moon..

"Coalkit, you made it!" Duskkit meowed warmly, rubbing up against his sister affectionately. He knew that he could rely on his siblings, now they just had to wait for the rest.

Daisykit looked over the border and started to get anxious. She couldn't wait until they met there dad. "Hey duskkit I'm ready" she said to her brother

Dovekit strolled through the woods with ease. Even with her snow white fur, prey seemed abundant. She leaped clumsily over a log and was grateful her siblings hadn't seen. She continued and leaped over a small pebble with a semi-acceptable landing.
She finally arrived and saw 3 of her siblings already present. She strode up and sat close to the group with her tail over her paws.
"Alright, whats the plan?"

Daisykit sees her best friend-sis and strolls over. She says hi and ask duskit where toadkit and twisterkit are. "I'm bored waiting here." She complains. "Let's go already." She says and then lays down

Toadkit, having received the message from Duskkit to meet up near the forest along with the rest of his siblings, had padded out of the camp sometime after his three sisters. Although he was excited- for a number of reasons, namely, for being outside of the clan camp with no supervision, for the possibility of meeting his father again, and also for breaking the rules, which was one of his favorite hobbies of all- the swirled tabby kit was in no hurry and preferred to take his time. After having taken the scenic route and getting distracted along the way by the forest scenery, he finally arrived. Stretching a little, he yawned. "Well, is that all of us?" He glanced around at his many siblings, but noticed one kit still had not arrived. "Oh, I guess we're still missing Twisterkit. And here I thought I would be the last one."

Daisykit was getting impatient and pounced on toadkit. "lets play toadkit I'm bored waiting!" she said laughing. She grabbed him by the paw and pinned him.

"I guess we'll have to leave without Twisterkit, oh well." Duskkit sighed in annoyance, but there was little to be done. If they took too long, someone was bound to notice they were missing. "Okay, we need to find something called the stepping stones. It's how RiverClan cats cross the river, I heard Swiftheart talking about it in the cave. Let's go!"

Daisykit was soo happy to finally leave she bounded up to duskkit and fallowed him. "What's that smell is it fish it smells weird." She said.

Daisykit looked at her siblings in aww they didn't look like her that much. She was black with a little white while her siblings where mostly grey and white. She saw the river and ran past duskkit. "look duskkit,toadkit,coalkit,and dovekit the water is soo pretty." she said in awww she wanted to jump across alrdy but she waited patiently for duskkit'S orders

Dovekit took a breathe and looked back at the camp. Her clean record was now tarnished, no point in trying to salvage it now! “Alright” she said. “Let’s do this!” She stood slowly and and padded closer into the group, ready to run.

I took a while because I was hoping to give Rainwhisper a chance to post. Only skip people when they're taking over a week really.

Coalkit jumped up excited. "Oh yes lets go see father!! I can't wait! It feels like forever since we've seen him." She meowed.

Toadkit clambered up from where Daisykit had pinned him nonchalantly. As far as he was concerned- or rather, not concerned- pretty much everything so far in his life had been all fun and games. Accordingly, he rarely took anything personally, or seriously, for that matter. Purring light-heartedly, he mewed in a sing-song way, "Tough luck for Twisterkit- Better luck next time! I bet he's being a goody-four-paws and is following mommy around like a good widdle boy." The brown, swirled tabby kit said the last few words with a teasing mockery, swishing his tail around for emphasis.

With a hearty step in his paws, he followed his siblings to the water's edge. He swiveled his head all around, surveying the waterscape. Apart from his brief time with his father, the tom had not spent too much time near the water and was mesmerized by the change in scenery from the usual ThunderClan fare. Forgetting their objective, which was, of course, to find the stepping stones, for a moment, the rambunctious kit gravitated towards a nearby, tiny trickle of reflective, green-brown water. Staring at the flickering stream of liquid, Toadkit passed a front paw through it curiously.

Startling, he flicked his paw wildly backwards, scattering some droplets near his siblings. "It's cold!", he exclaimed in surprise.

OOC: I am assuming that Otterleap had at least introduced his kits to the water at least once. I can change it if that's not accurate.
