Tunnel Full of Trouble(closed)

It was only mid afternoon and Gentlekit had let her curiousity get the better of her. She has wondered out into the territory where she had briefly encountered a predator that chased the small kit through the territory before it got the small kit trapped in an abandoned tunnel. It took what felt like moons to the She kit before the predator ran off and left the She kit there. She heard a slight crumbling sound before wooosh dirt flew down and blocked the exit. She let out a loud cry for help terrified.

Nectar paw padded out of his den, when he scented the faint scent of Gentlest near the entrance of camp. Wondering where she was, Nectarpaw sniffed again around the camp's exit. He froze when he realized it lead far out of camp. The kit must have wondered away, and she might be in danger! He did the first thing that came to mind, running to Laurelpaw.
"Laurelpaw!" he ran over to her, looking a little scared. "Gentlekit wandered out of camp, and she is probably in danger! We should get a warrior and go search for her!"

Laurelpaw relaxing in a patch of sunlight, eyes half-closed blissfully when she heard Necterpaw's frantic voice. Suddenly alert, the she-cat's eyes widened with worry; there were so many predators out there, ever more now that it was new-leaf. They would have to find the kit quickly! Jumping up, the white and ticked apprentice nodded seriously. "She couldn't have gone far, come on!" Looking around at the crowded camp, she stepped up to her friend's side and meowed; "Who should we ask?"

Looking around camp frantically, he said the name of the first warrior he saw that didn't look busy. "Maybe Jayfall!" he blurted out, then ran over to the warrior's side.
"Um, can you come with Laurelpaw and I to find a kit that wandered out of camp? Please?" Nectarpaw asked her anxiously, hoping her response would be a positive one.

Jayfall's eyes widened in surprise as she ackonw,edged Necterpaw with a nof and joined Laurelpaw. She bowed ber head and sniffed at the ground, picking up the fresh trail of Gentlekit. Good, the kit mustn't be far, knowing their wobbly legs. "Let's go, Laurelpaw." she meowed as the hurried along the scent of the kit.

Nectarpaw followed after Jayfall and Laurelpaw, not wanting to get left behind. He hoped that the kit was alright, but felt a nervous jolt ad the scent of the kit mixed with that of a predator. He didn't smell blood, that was good, but he heard a tiny cry for help.
"Do you smell and hear that?" Nectarpaw asked out loud.

The fluffy she kit scratched at the dirt trying to climb out. But that didn't happen dirt fell away at her paws. She cried out louder her tiny voice cracking"help!!!!!"

Laurelpaw nodded seriously, and bolted after Jayfall when the warrior took off across the moor at high speed. Her legs pumping to keep up, Laurelpaw scent the air as she ran, quickly picking up the scents of the kit; and a predator. Turning, she was about to mention it to her companions but it was clear they already knew, their faces creased with the same worry and determination as her's. Laurelpaw turned to look at Necterpaw, but before she could she heard a tiny, scared wail. Skidding to a halt, she looked around the moor with pricked ears, trying to find where the sound had come from. Not hearing the cry again, she meowed forcefully to her group; "Call her name!"; before speaking up herself. "Gentlekit! Gentlekit can you hear me?!"

"Gentlekit! Gentlekit!" Nectarpaw cried out, trying to track to sound and scent. He followed it a little ways, but the scent of soil and heather overpowered the kit's milky scent. Not to mention the scent of the predator, but that seemed to be stale. He hoped that little Gentlekit wasn't hurt, and started calling her name once again, voice urgent.
"Gentlekit! Gentlekit?"

The small fluffy she kit heard her name being called and she scratched at the dirt that kept her from freedom,from her flatmates,but only more dirt seemed to call into the already scary small space."O...Over Here Help!!!"She wailed terrified. The small she kit could feel her heart pounding frantically in her chest as each attempt she made to get out failed."I...I'm over here"

Jayfall listened for the terrified squeals of Gentlekit until she could pinpoint the place where the small kit was burried. Swift as the wind, the gray she-cat began digging throuh the dirt, scrapping ground and throwing it all around untils he could feel the distance between them and Gentlekit getting smaller and smaller, the sound of her voice louder. With a last push, Jayfall opened the way towards the crumbling tunnel, panting with exhaustion."Gentlekit!" she called.

"Gentlekit!" Nectarpaw sighed with relief when Jayfall discovered the small she-kit in the crumbling tunnel. "Are you alright?"

With a cry of relief, Laurelpaw dashed forward to where Jayfall had located the lost kit, and began to dig alongside her. When they broke through into the tunnel, Laurelpaw dashed inside without hesitation - or permission - and went to the scared she-kit's side. Purring, Laurelpaw wrapped her tail around the poor kit and gave her a swift, comforting lick on the forehead. "Gentlekit! What are you doing out here? Why did you leave camp?" Though her voice was relieved, there was a scolding undertone within it as she questioned the young kitten.

Gentlekit has hopes they heard her as she had scooted back as a bit more dirt tumbles in. She didn't register the roots she has caught her back paw in. She watches for a moment as some dirt was being scratches away and soon enough a lot more as she blinked her small eyes for a moment completely unaware the roots her back paw was caught in held right to her small fragile back paw she saw the opening as tried to dart out. In the process of doing so the roots held fast and it tristed her paw very painful and also sent her back to where she was a small help of pain escapes her as tears filled her small eyes. The pain from her paws hurt badly but for the moment her attention was distracted by the apprentice who came into the tunnel with her and she looked at her. She heard the scolding time in her voice and her ears laid flat quietly her gaze looking down."I...I was chasing a butterfly I want really paying attention until I was chases in here"she said quietly

Jayfall felt a rush of relief, seeing that Gentlekit was alive. While Laurelpaw scolded her, Jayfall looked at thekit, examining her matted fur and feeling a rush of pity for her. She noticed the twisted paw and shook her head. Without a word, she bowed down and checked off the roots that held the badly twisted limb and picked Gentlekit up by the scruff. "Enough of this. Gentlekit, I'll take you to see Beetlewing and Sagepaw." he informed the kit before motioning the two apprentices to follow her back to camp.
