Seer nodded. "But I think we'd better hold off on the ghost stories for now. We might have nightmares." He said.

Infinis nodded agreeing. She took another bite of her fish.

Mai nodded and finished off the fish she had been eating, she gave a yawn and then stretched. "Well, I've had enough for one day, you guys ready for bed?" she asked heading toward the shelter, flicking her tail behind her.

"Yeah. Just let me put the fire out and store the food." Seer said and got up and threw leaves on the fish and covered them before putting them in a corner of the hut. Afterwards he grabbed some water from his bottle and poured it over the fire making sure it went out. He padded into the hut after the others after that and got settled in his bed by Mai.

Infinis nodded and yawned. "Yeah I'm beat." She said and helped to clean up a little bit. Throwing the fish bones into the hole she had dug earlier and covered them. She padded to her spot by the door sliming as she did.

While the others were doing their part, Mai padded to the edge of their camp and scented to see if anything was near by, all's good... then she padded back to the shelter and laid down beside Sear. She pressed her nose to his side in a thank you manner for all he was doing for them.

Seer smiled and closed his eyes resting his tail on hers.

Infinis stared up at the stars for a while before going to sleep.

Mai pressed her side up against his and relaxed as she drifted off to sleep.

It wasn't long when Mai woke with a start; she rose, ears pricked, eyes alert. There was no noise, there was not smell, and yet she was alerted by something.
