A Quick Patrol [Closed - Solo]

Thistleblaze sat at the entrance of camp waiting on her daughter Lightpaw to join her for a quick patrol. She knew her daughter needed the extra training with Ivyfall being busy with deputy things. Though she would leave it up to the deputy to fully finish Lightpaw's training. The gray tabby she cat looked up to see her daughter approached. The warrior stood up and motioned for her daughter to follow.

The two wandered out into Riverclan's territory. Lightpaw following somewhat behind her mother. She still couldn't believe that she was half Windclan by blood. But her mother swore to starclan that their Windclan blood didn't matter. That they would always be considered full Riverclan by Starclan. They earned their full Riverclan blood when Thistleblaze was saved by Morningfog. Lightpaw still had her doubts. She didn't want to get in trouble for her blood, but she loved her family. She wouldn't change it for the world.. While she didn't like that she wasn't full blood Riverclan, it made her unique.

The two stopped at the Thunderclan border. "Alright Lightpaw, tell me what you smell." The warrior ordered.

The white apprentice moved around, checking scents carefully. She didn't want to miss if something was off. "I smell Thunderclan, but nothing out of the ordinary. A patrol passed by here maybe closer to dawn. Most likely there will be another patrol soon." Lightpaw said to her mother.

"Very good Lightpaw. Let's move on." The gray tabby turned, and limped along heading to the Windclan border. They needed to check that one the most. Thistleblaze didn't trust Windclan one bit. After what they kept pulling on their warriors. She never wished for a clan's down fall more. She didn't care if they were family or not.

The two paused at the border when they had reached it. This time Thistle was going to check the border too for her own peace of mind. The mother daughter duo checked the border making sure no windclan warrior crossed it anytime soon. They both remarked it, and double checked it again. At least Thistleblaze did. Once everything was done, Thistleblaze padded over to her daughter and gave the white apprentice a lick on the head.

From there the two headed back to the camp, chatting along the way, enjoying each other's company.
