Oh hi there (Closed for Crys)

Lilyheart stumbled out of the warriors den, drowsiness making her limbs heavily as she blearily walked over towards the fresh-kill pile. Her fluffy fur a mess from her bed, looking over herself she sighed and turned to pick up a plump bird. Turning towards a patch of sunlight she sat herself down, resting her prey at her paws she turned to nip out the clumps. Once her beautiful black and white fur was sleek and glossy once more she crouched down to take a bite, but seemed to pause. Taking a moment to enjoy the day first.

The sun was out, it's ball of light obscured just barely with cotton ball like fluffed clouds, the sky a beautiful shade of blue that reminded her of the moonlight creeks clear water. The stark greens and browns of the trees that she loved to climb and jump across, the flowers that were of pinks, purples, whites, and blues. Soft green moss lining the Tallbranch and the nursery, petal soft grass under her paws as she walked or lightly shuffled her light pink pads on. Bright white patches of snow that survived around the den walls, their shade protecting them from the suns cruel but life giving rays.

Lilyheart's chest expanded as she breathed in the clear and crisp air, the wind just lightly rustling her ear fur as she looked at the fluffy white clouds once more, her face to the sun as she closed her eyes, basking in the warmth. The she-cat couldn't be happier, the lushness of Skyclan territory and beautiful sky seeming to lull her. This went on for a moment more until a shadow over cast her face, opening her crystalline blue eyes she picked up an eyebrow. "May I help you?" She mewed, not a hint of irritation in her voice except for curiosity.

The forest was finally breaking away from leaf-bare and was now turning into new-leaf, it was a beautiful sight. Cloverleaf enjoyed to watch the forest change, she didn't enjoy leaf-bare at all but the forest was so pretty when it was covered by a white blanket of snow. Cloverleaf picked up a small rabbit from the prey pile and headed over to where her favorite spot in camp was. The she-cat was a little alarmed when she spotted Lilyheart she had hoped to be like a fox and sly past her since Cloverheart was a little shy when it came to kin. Lilyheart always sort of intimidated her since she was Crowstars only daughter. However the attempt failed and she paused when she had said something. Cloverleaf laughed stiffly "Just passing by, but hello Lilyheart!" The she-cat said with a gentle purr. She knew it would be rude to leave with out a little chat so she plopped down next to her. "How have you been?"

"I've been fine Cloverleaf, thank you." purring softly in turn when her aunt set herself next to her, angling herself for a more conversation friendly position she plucked a few dozen feathers from her bird, the feathers sticking to her tongue. It took a couple of tries but she spit them out and softly chuckled at what must have been ridiculous to see. "Sorry.. hey, do you line your nest with feathers?" Pondered the younger warrior noticing the fact that despite Cloverleaf's discomfort she was willing to make small talk and she was. Lilyheart lined her own nest with feathers and quite thickly too, tilting her head and fur swishing with gravity.

Cloverleaf tried to be more relaxed she felt so tense for no reason, there really was no reason for her to be anxious. Lilyheart is one of the most friendliest cat's in skyclan plus she's beautiful and kind her ears perked when she noticed that she was having trouble with the bird feathers. Cloverleaf chuckled "Careful Lily don't choke." She joked with a purr as she took a bite out of her food. Her head tilted as she asked the question. " A little they are so comfortable to lay on but they are a little but annoying to groom out of my fur." She mewed her tail giving a slight twitch.

Lilyheart chuckled a little more heartily when Cloverleaf remarked on her not choking. Tail swishing she nodded knowingly, "Especially out of long fur, they can be quite warm too if you put them down just right." Lilyheart remarked rather wistfully, "I do such bad things to get the best feathers, don't tell my dad but sometimes.." Lilyheart dipped in and lowered her voice to a whisper. "Sometimes I go to the highest point of a tree I can get where the eagles and hawks are and I grab all the feathers I can, those feathers are so big! I actually stashed some away." Lilyheart giggled, shaking out her shoulder fur. She knew the risks obviously, but she came back unscathed so there wasn't much to worry about.

The she-cat nodded as she continued to munch on her rabbit, it was actually pretty meaty not skin and bones thank god leaf-bare would be over soon now she could eat some decent prey. Her ear twitched and her gaze returned to Lilyheart she didn't know what she really meant by bad things what was so bad about catching birds? As she was about to ask she explained it. Blinking her eyes had widened her fathers brother had died from falling off a tree and Cloverleaf did not that to happen to Lilyheart as well. With out trying to be to mean she had yelled at her. "Don't do that!" Cloverleaf said with a hiss her ears flattening. "I know that most of our clan-mates are great climbers but going that high for feathers its reckless Lily!" She said with a sharp tone. "You lost a brother that way, Crowstar would be heartbroken if the same thing happened to you." Cloverleaf sighed, "So please! Lilyheart becareful out on the treetops."

Lilyheart blinked, the smile falling off as confusion fell onto her face. "I'm a great climber though Cloverleaf and I always take precautions, just ask Eagleheart. I must be more squirrel then cat." Lilyheart's smile came back onto her face, ears flickering as she pulled more feathers from the bird but with her claws this time. "What are you talking about? Breezewhisker and Tinylegs are my only brothers I should think." Lilyheart asked thoughtfully, her blue eyes fogged with confusion. Curling her tail around her back legs she huffed with thought, was it that Antdrop cat that Breezewhisker always raged and raved about?

Cloverleaf softly chuckled hoping to steer topics and forget about this dark subject. She nodded in agreement to Lilyheart "Im sure that you are, but things happen when you least expect you must always be careful" Cloverleaf simply wanted Lilyheart to be safe she had hoped that she wouldn't take it the wrong way. She munched on her prey again before glancing back at Lilyheart her eyes narrowing with confusion. No one told her how her brother died? She blinked before realizing that Lilyheart was younger then her father, born later in a different litter. Cloverleaf was hesitant in telling her the truth, but she knew Lilyheart wouldn't giving up on finding out the truth. Yes, Antdrop was your other brother he was a kind hearted soul." Cloverleaf spoke in a loving tone of Antdrop's memory, she groomed her paws and stared off into the distance. "New-leaf sure is pretty isn't it?" She attempted to steer away from the subject by mentioning how pretty the weather is.

"May he hunt with Starclan" Lilyheart meowed softly with a gentle smile before looking to the forest once more with a nod. "I'm especially fond of the flowers and their smells, and the warm spots that come through the trees and how it looks so dappled. I bet Thunderclan doesn't have the same beauty." Lilyheart rambled wistfully, her body seeming to melt into the ground with at how peace she was when it came to describing flowers and nature in general. Bending down to take a bite of her bird that was feather free she took the time to relish its flavour, she wouldn't dare live any wheres else.

The shecat nodded as she finished up eating her rabbit. Skyclan was so quiet she had hoped with this new-leaf it would bring more warriors to skyclan. She glanced back at Lilyheart and let out a purr. "So find any tom's that interest you?" She asked with a smirk.

Lilyheart jerked up at that at turned to look at Cloverleaf so fast her neck might of had whiplash, blinking once, twice her mouth gaped. "That's a very sudden question to ask Cloverleaf!" Spluttered the usually well spoken she-cat, but she turned away to contemplate the question. "I mean.. I like all the cats in Skyclan, but there aren't really any toms available. Hawkstrike is pretty cute, he's a bit rough around the edges it seems though. But maybe one day there will be something there, after all, he's single isn't he?" Lilyheart confessed, she didn't really have much attraction to any of the toms in her clan but she did want to pursue a relationship one day but it'd be a while until Mr.Right came along. She did have an attraction to a handsome Shadowclan tom who though a bit grumpy, stole her heart.

Cloverleaf chuckled, "Well since it's New-leaf all the single toms might be snatched away you need to hurry!" The she-cat mewed even though she didn't have a love interest of her own her ears perked and she chuckled some more. "He is a looker Im sure the two of you would have the cutest little kits!" Cloverleaf mewed with a soft purr. The she-cat nodded "I assume that he is, but he might not be for long."

The young she-cat's fur heated as this discussion continued further. Looking down at her fidgeting paws she pressed her jaws together as she mumbled, "Maybe I should talk to him... I don't want kits now though! I want to live the life of a warrior for a couple more moons before having to face kittens scrambling around me. Gosh Cloverleaf, I don't even know him that well." Lilyheart shyly muttered, her eyes glancing almost expectantly to the warriors den. Maybe she should get to know him, he does seem very nice...

"But enough about me, what about you? Anyone pique your interest?" Lilyheart asked with quite a bit of determination, her mind now seeming to be caught on thinking about Hawkstrike, she didn't care for him other than for him just being a clan-mate who had a rough time and just discussing him had her completely unfocused. What changed?

She felt like she insulted her, she didn't mean to do that. "I don't mean to pressure you doing something that you don't want to." She mewed with an apolgetic tone. Since she was older then Lilyheart maybe it should be her to get a mate first. Cloverleaf chuckled slightly when Lilyheart asked about her love life. "Well...." she said with a sigh. "No one really suits my interest as of right now but Im sure soon someone will." She mewed simply.

"It's okay, after all it is a good idea to see if I can snag me someone and then wait on the kit part." Lilyheart huffed with contemplation, turning back to Cloverleaf she meowed. "Or you could be a bad kitty and go after someone in another clan, I hear there are some handsome toms in Thunderclan." Teased the black and white she-cat.
