Ball time!!! (Open,just a little playing :D)

Duneclaw was bored, again, sitting in his favorite spot next to the warrior den. Feeling like he was going to drown in bordom. He decided to be akit again, just once. Gettinf onto his paws, Duneclaw found a abnormaly sized leaf. Pouncing on it, he watched as it fluttered away. Then, pouncing again, he hit the leaf, and kept it down. It was then Duneclaw realized that he looked like he had gone crazy, playing like a kit. Looking around, Duneclaw looked for a kit, or anyone to play with.

Robinkit bounded out of the nursery and skidded to a halt bouncing around excitedly, looking for something to do. He looked around and saw Duneclaw. Robinkit bounced over to Duneclaw, his eyes shining with excitement. "Duneclaw! I'm bored!" he wined hoping Duneclaw would come up with a good game.

Duneclaw looked at the kit in suprise. He had not expected for anyone to come play with him. Looking at the ball, Duneclaw said " Try this, when I throw the ball up see if you can catch it in the air!" Duneclaw said. Then Duneclaw threw the ball up into the air.

Robinkit bounced with excitement as the ball flew into the air. He watched it and as it began falling he leapt up and caught the ball between his fore-paws, landing on his back-paws gracefully before dropping the ball to stand on all four paws. "I caught it! Did you see that Duneclaw?" he sat down and looked up into Duneclaw's face, waiting for his reaction.

Duneclaw was impressed. Robinkit would make a good hunter when he was a warrior. "I got a new idea, why don't we try rolling the ball as fast as we can?" He asked. "Do you want to do it?"

Robinkit's tail wiggled with excitement as he looked at the ball. "Sure!" He lounged at the ball and began rolling it towards the exit from camp. When he got close to the exit he hit the ball behind him, lounged at it, and rolled it back towards Duneclaw.

Echokit wobbled out of the nursery and looked around the clearing. When she saw the Robinkit rolling the ball towards Duneclaw she purred a bit. She don`t have to wonder around for something to do now. Padding up to them she asked, "Can I play?"

Robinkit stopped the ball and looked up at Echokit. "It's Dunclaw's ball" he said looking up at Duneclaw, "I'll ask him." He bounded over to Duneclaw, "Can Echokit play?" he ask the warrior.

Duneclaw looked at Robinkit. "Sure, if she wants." He said. "Ask her if she wants to roll the ball." He nodded over to Echokit.

Robinkit bounded back to Echokit, "Do you want to roll the ball?" he asked rolling the ball over to her. His eyes bright with excitement.

"Sure!" Her tiny tail wiggled in excitement. She started rolling the ball back towards the exit with surprising speed for her small body. Then made her way back towards Duneclaw, all attention on rolling the ball before her.

Roaringkit padded out of the nursery, looking around for something to do. He spotted his sister Echokit playing with a moss ball and felt a surge of excitement. Wanting to join in on the fun, the scrap of fur bounded over to them. "Can I join too?" He asked.

Duneclaw turned his head in surprise, and missed the ball. "Sure" he said to Roaringkit. He went and rolled the ball to him.

Roaringkit bounded over to the mossball, fur tingling with excitement. He started to push the ball as fast as he could, feeling delight as the ball rolled faster and faster. Then the black kit bounded in front of the ball's motion, wanting to stop it and roll it back to them in the other direction. But the mossball tripped the tiny scrap over, leaving him scrambling ungracefully to stop the ball.

When it finally stopped, the kit pushed the ball back with a tinge of embarrasement.

Duneclaw realized what Roaringkit was trying to do. Stopping the mossball with his paw, he looked up and said to Roaringkit, "That was a good idea, try to stop the ball with your body. Want to try that again?"
