rosethorn felt midnight let go and quickly let go of hers and swiped her leg across midnights and made her fall over when she started scratching her belly.

Firepaw grabbed the Petalkit by the scruff. "I wouldn't get into this..." She said through the fluff. "I could try... but it wouldn't help much..."

Midnightpelt growled and jumped to her feet,knocking Rosethorn off of her. "Never go for my belly. Bad things happen to the cats that go for my belly." she hissed.

"yea right if all that ive seen is your worst than you stink" rosethorn taunted and lunged at her throught but snaped back quickly.

Midnightpelt dodged Rosethorn sadly."None of this is my worst.My worst killed someone i cared about." she whispered softly.

"Stop!!" Petalkit yelled. "Now!" trying to get free of Firepaws grasp

rosethorn stoped as soon as midnightpelt said that "what do you mean?" she said softly.

*Gasp*

Firepaw ran to her sister's side, still holding the kit by it's scruff. "I think this is enough..." She set down the Petalkit.

*Wimpers*

Midnightpelt sat down and shook her head slightly,as if trying to clear away haunting thoughts. "I had a brother." Midnightpelt told Rosethorn.

Petalkit quieted and listenend in horror as Midnightpelt went on.

"He loved to playfight with me. Sometimes though,those fights turned real. We would both walk away with our fur matted with blood.He was older then me,but for some reason,i almost always won the fights that turned real." Midnightpelt sighed softly. "The last time I saw him, it was just after a fight that had turned real.From what I saw,he was bleeding from a bite in his leg. He ran into the forest and I havent seen him sinse. That happened when we were kits,a few moons after my mother died."
