Magpiepaw's Warrior Ceremony

Crowstar jumped up onto the Tall Branch and called out to his clan, "Let all cats old enough to climb a tree gather here for a clan meeting!"

Magpiepaw poked her head out of her den. Another ceremony? It'd better be her's, after all this time. She took her place below the Tall Branch, staring down at her paws.

"Magpiepaw please come forward." Crowstar said, not really bothering to say what this was for because Error wants to change it up from the ol copy and paste.

Cherrymist, amongst the gathered cats, shot a grave look up to the Tall Branch, where she could sense Crowstar, her eyes blank but her expression somehow pleading. Magpiepaw was a fierce cat and StarClan knew how violent and impulsive she could be. Refraining herself from objecting, Cherrymist bussied herself with looking down at her paws, trying to look indifferent. The she-cat clenched her jaws as she wondered if any kit would be as unlucky as to be mentored by her.

Magpiepaw let a wry smile cross her face. Finally. She took a confident step forward, face otherwise emotionless.

"I, Crowstar, Leader of Skyclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in his turn. Magpiepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" Crowstar asked

Magpiepaw only hesitated for a second. "I do," she meowed loudly, hiding the fact that she was lying through her teeth.

Pineeye sat among the gathering of cats, completely blind to his daughter's hesitation. His eyes visibly glittered with pride.

"Then by the powers of Starclan, I grant you your warrior name. Magpiepaw, from now on you will be known as Magpieclaw, for your strength, and skill. We welcome you as a full warrior of Skyclan," Crowstar jumped down to greet his new warrior.
