Fishes and Pines mix [Open;; Max 1 SKC warrior]

A Riverclan cat through and through, Otterleap swam agilely through the bubbling river, languidly enjoying the rush of water underneath his paws as he scouted for prey. He'd caught enough fish thus was hoping for more warm-blooded game. His green gaze swept the river for metres ahead as his powerful webbed paws sluiced through the surface until he spotted a rabbit grazing on the green grass just downstream from Sunningrocks. It was a tad close to both ThunderClan and SkyClan territory, but if he was nimble, he thought he could manage.

Ducking underneath the surface, he swam until his belly grazed the river rocks as he got into a crouch and then pounced.

The rabbit, to it's credit, was quick to move into action. The warrior's claws did manage to rake it badly, but the rabbit bolted down the little creek that was Moonlit Creek. Swearing internally, Otterleap gave chase without a second to lose.

That rabbit was his damn catch.
