Patrol Time [[Open]]

Littlebrook padded over to the apprentices den and made her way to her apprentices nest. Somehow achieving not stepping on anyone's tail. She prodded Hawkpaw awake, "Wake up Sleepugod head. We're going on a patrol." she mewed to her cheerfully. "I'll be waiting by the entrance." she mewed, flicking her tail in the direction of the camps entrance. Hawkpaw was her first apprentice and she was determined, and excited, to teach her everything she knew and to see what a great warrior Hawkpaw would turn out to be.

Falconpaw's head sprang up just as he heard the word patrol. He had been dozing of, but it seemed like his body didn't really wanted to, so he had sat there, curled and awake, but with his eyes closed. "Can I come?" he asked, but it was more like a sentence than an actual question. He got out of the den and stretched his back, liking his chest fur to make it get a beautiful gleam he loved to have upon himself.

Hawkpaw stood, stretching and following Littlebrook out of the den. She was a quiet cat, and didn't say much.

Redpaw awoke at the sound of Littlebrook's voice. He stood up quickly and gave himself a quick grooming before tuning to face the others, eyes shining with a kind of valor. "Mind if I were to accompany you on this patrol?" he asked, not waiting for an answer as he strode out of the apprentice's den after Littlebrook.

Littlebrook nodded to the two apprentices when they asked to join. "Of Course y'all can come." she mewed, smiling. It made her happy when apprentices were eager to help and it reminded her of her days as an apprentice when she saw the excitement in their eyes. She nodded to her apprentice as she joined. "Let's wait a moment more to see if anyone else would like to join us." she mewed, looking at each apprentice as she spoke.

Hawkpaw nodded, sitting down and curling her tail around her paws. Still tall, but less awkward.

Littlebrook took one last glance around the clearing to see if anyone was making their way towards them and it didn't seem that anyone was. She turned to the three apprentice, "Alright, looks like it'll just be us. This'll be a hunting patrol, let's go." she mewed to the group before turning toward the entrance and padding out. She slowed her pace down so that the the apprentices could take their time in scenting their prey and tracking it down.

Hawkpaw flicked her ears. She wanted to patrol the border. Hunting would have to suit for now.
