Fawnpaw's Warrior Ceremony

Crowstar jumped up onto the Tall Branch and called out to his clan. "Let all cats old enough to climb trees gather here for a clan meeting!"

Fawnpaw padded into camp from a patrol when she heard Crowstars call. She smiled and wondered if it was finally her warrior ceremony as she padded over to tall rock. He tail tip twitched as she waited for others to gather so Crowstar could tell them what this was about.

"Today we are gathered to make an apprentice into a warrior. Fawnpaw please come forward." The leader said.

Fawnpaw nodded excitedly and stepped forward, her pale amber gaze on Crowstar.

"I, Crowstar, Leader of Skyclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Fawnpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" Crowstar asked.

Fawnpaw listened as Crowstar talked, eyes shining, "I do." she mewed puffing her chest out and lifting her head proudly.

"Then by the powers of Starclan, I grant you your warrior name. Fawnpaw, from now on you will be known as Fawnsplash, for kindness to your clan, and your agility. We welcome you as a full warrior of Skyclan," Crowstar jumped down to greet his new warrior.

The newly named Fawnsplash smiled happily at her new name and met her leader to lick his shoulder like she has seen other newly made warriors do after receiving their name.
