People can really help, it's just that kids are scared to come forward with it.

Always tell someone. I have a card somewhere for Safe Place For Youth or something, and it's like a free over-the-phone counceling service...oh where'd I put it!? *digs around so I can post the number* RAWR >.<

Right now, in my neighborhood, I feel safe because I sit on the couch without a guy staring at me outside holding a knife on the ready. :P
Except for salesmen, they'll stare at us until we buy their windows, or their cable...
And another man in our neighborhood, he lives in a shaded house, he looks like he hasn't showered in years. He wears the same blood-splotched shirt every time I see him. He'll take his jeep out and stare at people's houses for hours. He stared at our house for like 4 hours while my dad was alone taking a nap.

Once, I was in my friends' camper (she's a triplet with two brothers) and one of her brothers was teaching me a card game called Magic. All three of us were in there and my friend and her other brother noticed a guy looking at us from across the street. He wore a jersey, my friend noticed, so every time we go outside we look out for "Jersey Boy".
It's really freaky.

Aww,this is sad. I have a couple creepy people up my block. At least one of them moved. He chased my neighbor Jean up to street with a knife O.O
