Tension [Closed for Speckledberry and Ferretshine]

Glass staggered again, backing away as he heaved for each breath. Blood dripped from his wounds, the ones left by Ferretshine were bleeding far too quickly. He darted toward her, lashing out with weakening blows, leaving shallow marks. He coughed harshly, tasting blood as he realized that Ferretshine's attack was indeed his death blow. The rouge could barely see now, his tail dragged on the ground when he moved. His vision blurred further as another cough racked his body and his balance was almost lost completely. "Ver..y well th..then.. do the hon..orable thing and k-kill.. me.." He glared as much as he could. "You.. worth..less sc-scum!" Glass barely managed to hiss the last part.

Speckledberry could barely understand how any creature could have this lacking amount of honor. She couldn't stand it anymore. Anyone without honor deserves to be rid of this world..... she thought. Speckledberry walked forward, not needing to be quick or agile with Glass's condition, until she was directly in front of Glass. She growled and looked into his dull bloody eyes before quickly connecting her teeth to Glass's throat, feeling his neck snap, body go limp, and his blood drip into her mouth.

She knew he was dead. She knew that she had killed him. But was it right? She let go of his throat and let his dead body go limp against the cold, dirty, ground of the alleyway. She looked down at his body his eyes dull and covered in blood from her previous attacks. His fur matted with dirt and smeared with both his own blood and theirs. Speckledberry slightly expected to feel proud of ridding this place of such disgusting, honor-less, scum. But, she didn't. All she felt was this emptiness in her stomach and a strong numb feeling all throughout her body. Has Viperfang ever felt like this?... she thought. She looked over to Ferretshine and quietly mewed, "It's done...... lets go.....". She turned around from her spot and slowly walked out of the alleyway, her mind both swirling with thoughts and questions and yet also blank and empty of feeling.

OOC: Ferretshine is Speckledberry's cousin. Webtail (Ferret's father) is Viperfang's(Speckled's mother) sibling.
