Geese Can Be Mighty {open}

Cloverkit was padding along the moist earth when he saw Goosestorm up ahead of him. He had snuck out of the nursery because he heard some movement and, being his observant and adventurous self, could not resist the investigation. Cloverkit had never been out alone at night and had hardly even explored camp during the day so he was a little lost. The shadow that his long fluffy kitten fur was casting made him look more like the size of an apprentice and he heard Goosestorm meow at him.He wasn't sure if he should really respond, and his introverted self didn't really want to. Flicking his ears in and out in thought, Cloverkit decided he might as well. "Hi" he mewed, his voice cracking a bit since he hadn't spoken all night until this moment. He waddled his little self over, still unsturdy on his little kitten paws.

Cloverkit was pleased that Goosestorm had not immediately reprimanded him for being out in the middle of the night. "I heard a noise and it woke me up.." Cloverkit said, flicking his ears at all of the nighttime noise of the RiverClan camp. He wondered how he had never really been woken up before by all of the sounds of night.
Speaking of noise, he heard Toadpaw. He nodded his head in greeting and looked back and forth between the two cats while he continued. "If this is royalty I don't want to be royal!" Cloverkit squeaked, his body lifting up with the force of his voice. "I want to explore. I hate sitting around in the den all day."

Cloverkit was pleased that Goosestorm saw the similarities between them too. He leaned into the warriors paw when he touched him, since he was still a kit and still yearned for companionship, especially in the middle of the night when he wasn't really sure of his surroundings. "You look like me" the kit said, puffing his chest out to look as big as possible even though he obviously did not compare to Goosestorm.
Cloverkit looked to Toadpaw, jealous that he was an apprentice and that he probably got to explore a lot.
"Why are you guys up so late?" he asked, making small talk to keep himself distracted from the scary darkness of camp.

Cloverkit nodded a little too overly excited at Goosestorms reply. "I always need fresh air, that nursery is way too stuffy!" He was always trying to get out and was glad that his first nighttime escape was going well without any punishment. The mud was cold under his paws and he started to do a little dance to keep himself warm, he wasn't really used to being away from all the heat in the nursery den.
"It looked like you were in some kind of deep thought until Toadpaw and I came along" Cloverkit said to Goosestorm, brushing off Toadpaws semi-rude response to his question with a squint of his eyes to the tomcat. He assumed it was just how apprentices act to kits.
