Harekit watched as warriors and apprentices went about their daily routines, the small kit tried to remember how the older cats were doing things so he wasn't new to it when it came his time for those duties.He was under the gorse, blinking sleep from his eyes as he narrowed his eyes against the wind. His fur wasn't helping but, he was sure he'd get used to it, he was a WindClan cat!

Fawnkit stirred in her nest, awoken by the sense that something was off. Her mud-brown eyes flickered open, and she realized Harekit was missing. Where did he go? She thought to herself. Getting up from her comfortable spot by her mother, Fawnkit made her way out of the nest, and finally spotted her brother's pelt not too far away. The kit padded towards him, keeping in the shelter of the gorse. "Whaddya doin'?" she asked in a soft murmur.

Harekit turned and looked at his sister, getting up to meet her. "I was just watching the warriors." He eyed his sister's sleepy look, and couldn't hold back a giggle. "Is anyone else up?" The kit asked, nodding to the rest of their family under the gorse.

"Oh." Fawnkit muttered, mildly disappointed. She was hoping to do something exciting. She let out a small gasp of embarrassment as she heard her brother's laugh, and she quickly lifted a paw to wipe the sleep from her eyes. "Don't laugh at me... I just got up..." she pouted. "And no, I don't think anyone else was awake when I got up." Fawnkit looked back at their nest to confirm her statement.

Harekit started to groom himself. "Sorry, I couldn't help it.." His amber eyes were bright in the gorse as he glanced around. "What should we do?" He still had a hint of laughter in his mew.

"Maybe explore, just a teeny bit? Or no... You... You don't have to, but... Maybe...?" He said in response, the shy and nervous Palekit padding out from the nursery to his littermates. He had caught the conversation and felt like he'd been eavesdropping, so he felt bad afterwards. In many ways, he took after his mother.

Fawnkit flicked her ears in an irritated manner, rolling her eyes. Of course he couldn't help it... "Tom cats..." she sighed under her breath. What could they do? They were stuck in the camp for who knows how long... Before Fawnkit could think of an idea, Palekit's emerged from the nursery, suggesting his idea. "Of course!" she replied.

"O-Oh... Good. Let's... D-Do it, then? W-Where...?" He asked quietly, feeling good that his littermates agreed with him. He needed a confidence booster, that's for sure. He looked around, hazel eyes wide half-open as usual. He always looked like he was about to fall asleep, even if he was well-awake and alert.

Flashkit snapped awake at the sound of voices.
"I'm up!" Flashkit squealed. He was certainly a little taller than the other kits, due to his unusually long legs. Maybe it was a Windclan thing?

"O-Oh... Okay... How about... There...?" He asked, pointing, with his paw, to an area with a dip in the ground- just before the camp exit. "Is... There o- Eep!" He squealed and poor Palekit nearly jumped out of his fur. Flashkit had surprised him out of his words, and he fell straight onto the ground, but thankfully caught himself. "Oof... Oh... Um." He got up again, and turned to them, a worrisome expression on his face.

Stormkit slowly stood up and stretched. "So, where are we going"? He said as if he had been apart of the conversation the whole time. He appeared asleep to the other kits but in reality he had woken up around the start of the kits' conversation. He was probably the smallest kit in the group but he didn't mind. He was calm, cool, and laid back. Not many things bothered him.

Fawnkit took a step towards Palekit, worry shining in her eyes. "Are you all right?" she asked, and shot an annoyed glance at Flashkit. It might have been on accident, but he still scared Palekit half out of his pelt. "Oh hello Stormkit. We haven't decided yet."
