Juno's Echo(closed)

A cream and gray blur flashed through the abandoned Twoleg barn after a mouse. It squeaked an burrowed under some hay but her bright green eyes narrowed as she saw the hay moving, unseating her claws and crouched and then gave a powerful leap and landed onto of the mouse, and she felt her claws sink into flesh like butter. Killing the mouse she quickly used the valuables to get up to the hay loft where there was even more hay, might as well have twice as much up there. Flicking her tail she began to eat the mouse and when she was done she got rid of the bones. She heard a sound like an injured or tired cat or possibly both and hid amongst her beloved hay, her bright green eyes peering out, as a fluffy Siamese she cat came padding in.

A  Siamese she cat walked into the barn quietly exhausted and finding this a good source of shelter she had came in her not knowing what she would expect. She wasn't using one of her legs favoring it a bit because of a fight she had got in with a cat on her way here. She looked around with her good ice blue eyes quietly her tail flicking quietly. She hoped she could rest up but she thought she caught the scent of another cat."Hello....who's there" she mewed

Backing out of the hay and jumping onto of it, the cream and gray tortoiseshell spoke up for the first time since she had seen Moonpaw a couple of moons ago. "I am Echo, temporary leader of Speedclan until Tornado gets back from wherever he went. Who are you?" She meowed jumping down from her hay bale that was piled upon another hay bale, and onto the floor. Her bright green eyes looked at the she cat, definitely not recognizing her. Quail's bright green eyes reflected back to Juno's own eyes as she studied the she cat before her.

Juno blinked quietly looking up to the apprentice. She was quiet for a long moment regonizition lit up in her eyes or rather her good eye"My name is Juno...and you said Echo....right was your father Blaze by chance " She mewed. She forced herself not to choke up on the Tom's name.

The warrior aged she cat faltered. Echo struggled to keep up her figure, and not break down crying. "Yes Blaze was my father. He's dead now, he was killed by a clan cat a few moons ago. How do you know my father?" She asked the strange cat, still not recognizing her.

Juno kept tears from her eyes. She knew as much because she had heard about it " I was a freind of his moons back..."She mewed quietly.

"Oh well that makes sense. I'm sorry you guys didn't get to catch up before he died." Echo meowed lashing her tail.

"It's Fine"She mewed calmly and looked at Echo"though it's nice to meet you Echo....would you mind if I stayed here?"She mewed

Echo blinked. "Yes of course. A tom named Tornado is the leader of this rouge clan called Speedclan, would you like to join? I'm temporary in charge until Tornado gets back from his trip." She meowed flicking her tail to the hay loft of there. "C'mon lets go up there, its my favorite spot, plus there's a small open spot where the sunlight can come through and we can warm ourselves."

Juno smiled a bit " if I may join that would be great " she mewed flicking her tail. Quietly she climbed after her into the hayloft.

"So Juno. How did you meet my dad?" Echo meowed as she settled on a hay bale just right under the window.
