Icekit's Apprentice Ceremony

"Let all cats old enough to capture their own prey gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!" Thrushstar yowled after leaping onto the rock.

Icekit raced out of the nursery unable to contain her excitement.

"Tonight we gather to make this kit an apprentice," the leader said. "Icekit, from tonight until you receive your warrior name, you shall be known as Icepaw. Your mentor will be Magpiewing. May he teach you everything he knows." With that, Thrushstar leaped off the rock to let the clan finish the ceremony.

Icekit, now Icepaw looked around for her new mentor, Magpiewing. She was excited to be trained by him and hoped she could start as soon as possible.
