Another death.

Mistypaw looked over the edge. Breathless from running here, she'd had enough of life. First Foxkit, then the kits and then her mother. Couldn't life get any worse? Mistypaw didn't think so. "I'm so sorry, mother and father," she whispered. With that, she jumped into the black, bubbling abyss below and was gone forever. Mistypaw was soon washed up a little further along but still in WindClan territory. Mistypaw had died.

Now, it seemed as if Mistypaw had been hunting. But, she hadn't been in camp since dawn. This worried Witherpaw. What if something terrible happened to her friend? Turns out, something did. She drowned from committing suicide. She had leaped into the gorge. But she didn't know this until she went hunting and saw her friend floating lifelessly in the soft, rippling hurdles that clapped through the riverbed.

EDIT- Cedarfur has spent most of the day hunting for hit family and clan. Leafbare was apon the clans, and it was harder to find animals not hibernating.

Ooc: I think you should. It means that a member of the family knows that Mistypaw is dead.

Cedarfur finally spotted the rabbit that had been playing tricks on him, leading the tom to dead ends. He crept up and sprang out of the bushes. He chased the rabbit for a few moments before coming to the gorge. Luckily the tom was smart enough to stop, for the rabbit kept running and tumbled over the edge, falling into the abyss. "Arg. Another prey wasted." He walked up to the cliff, spotting a body floating in the water bellow. Wow, that must have been some big rabbit... His voice trailed off as he looked closer. A cat?! No...No! "Mistypaw!" the tom screamed, panicking and trying to find a way down the gorge. He was so scared he didn't even notice Witherpaw.
