A Blizzard in a storm(open)

Crash! Blizzardpaw woke up to yet another storm. He blinked and smiled. Padding out of the den without even stretching the Tom looked at the beautiful rain, the fantastic Lightning, and listened to the sky's heart beat also known as thunder. The Tom padded around the camp to warm up his legs. It was dark but the long legged Tom lashed his long tail and let the rain soak his silver and light gray pelt. His ice blue eyes pierced through to the darkness to a cat coming his way.

Icestorm sat near the edge of camp, staring at the stormy sky. He couldn't sleep, and whenever there was a storm, he couldn't help but admire it. He turned his head towards a noise when he heard a cat stir.

(there is no den, btw, we sleep under the stars, just lettin u know :D)

IC:"hi Icestorm." Blizzardpaw meowed, thumping his long tail in time with the thunder.

Icestorm sat a little way away from the apprentice, but decided to act social, so he walked over the the him and sat down next to him. "Hello Blizzardpaw." He could barley hear himself over the rain, but didn't want to disturb the clan. "Beautiful night isn't it?" he meowed. He loved storms and winter, hence his name, and didn't mind getting his pelt wet. Icestorm tried to act positive towards Blizzardpaw to set a good example, but the sadness of his Mother's death still held a tight grip on the Warrior.

"Hey Icestorm. Yea it is a beautiful night. It's just like the night I was born. I find the storm like music to my ears." Blizzardpaw meowed shuffling his paws.

The older tom could tell Blizzardpaw was feeling a bit uncomfortable. "Yes, I'd have to agree with you, I am also a storm lover." Icestorm said softly.
