Rookpaw's Border Patrol

Robinflight rested in the clearing, waiting patiently for her new apprentice. At first she wasn't sure what she would be teaching Rookpaw, but then decided to stick with the basics and show her the territory. She was purring quietly at the thought of exploration and a small smile was on her face.

Rookpaw bounded out of the apprentice den. She was bursting with excitement. Today she started training! She felt the excitement coursing through her. She purred a little as she got close to Robinflight and slowed down. She stood before her mentor. "I'm ready Robinflight!" she said.

"Good morning, Rookpaw! I'm glad to hear it." She said with a smile. The she-cat got to her paws and started out of the camp with a purr. "today I'm showing you the borders and teaching you about the other Clans." Robinflight said, feeling that it was necessary to inform Rookpaw what they would be doing.

"Okay!" Rookpaw said excitedly. She followed her mentor closely, making sure to look around at everything and breath in as much scents as she could. Her silvery grey eyes flicked from tree to tree, hoping she could see her first prey today.

She chuckled at her excited apprentice and carried on, to the hard road that separated ThunderClan from ShadowClan. "Alright Rookpaw, this is the Thunderpath. It's a very dangerous border because of the monsters that run along it, but they never leave the path. Do you know anything about ShadowClan on the other side?"
