Having some alone time (Soaringwing)

Coalpaw (or would I already go ahead and use her medicine cats name in this since her ceremony is going on?) Padded from the Medicine Cat's den.  She had been out and about constantly collecting herbs and had finally finished. Once the herbs were replinished. She padded out and looked around for a moment for Soaringwing her secret mate. She wanted to spend some time with him since she had some free time and why  not go out into the territory.

OOC: go ahead and use her medicine cat name. I will edit this later because idk what Coalpaw's new name is, lol.

IC: His brother was dead, Stormpaw's siblings died, Strmpaw's grandfather just died...almost everyone Soaringwing loved is dead. Why did Starclan hate him? The tabby emerged from the warrior's den at Sunningrocks and stretched in the warm sunlight, yawning. His eyes landed on a pretty she-cat whom he recognized and loved so much. At least I have Coalspirit. Soaringwing padded over and smiled. "Hey, beautiful," he whispered into her ear so that nobody would hear.

Coalspirit blinked and purred quietly hearing Soaringwing's voice"hey "she mewed smiling " wanna head out into the territory for a little while I have some free time " she mewed smiling some as she glanced around for a moment then nuzzled him briefly.

"Sure," Soaringwing replied. He wrapped his tail with her's, then lead the way. "How well can you climb?" The newly appointed warrior asked as they came to a tree just outside of camp.

Coalspirit smiled some as she padded out of camp with him. She thought for a moment as he asked how well she was at climbing"well.... I'm not sure how well I'm at it but I'm sure I can climb this tree " she mewed smiling some"I'm that's what you were wanting to climb " she mewed.

Soaringwing nodded. "Come on, then," he purred as he scurried up the trunk and climbed onto a strong branch. The tabby looked down at Coalspirit, smiling.

Coalspirit smiled some watching. Slowly she dug her claws into the back and started to climb up the tree. She soon scurried up it and joined Soaringpaw going smiling some.

When his mate reached the branch he was on, Soaringwing purred with a mischievous smirk on his face. "Now try to catch me!" He leaped to a different branch on a different tree, then to another and another before pausing to see if Coalspirit would catch on to his little game.

Coalspirit blinked watching as he did and she dug her claws into the branch a little nervously bit slowly she jumped to the next branch and just barley dug her claws into it. She scrambled up onto the branch quietly. Soon she managed to get to him.

Soaringwing laughed. "You're starting to get the hang of it," the tabby purred. He sat down on the branch Coalspirit had managed to catch him on, letting his tail hang off the rough surface and dangle below. His face turned serious and he looked at the medicine cat. "Coalspirit...what do you think will happen if anyone finds out about us? I think Duskfall is getting suspicious about us being mates." The warrior paused for a second, letting his question sink in.

"And what if we have kits? What will happen to them?" Soaringwing had always dreamed of having children to call his own, and he hoped to have them someday, but if someone found out that Coalspirit had kits, who knows what would happen to her?

Coalspirit smiled some purring after she heaved herself onto the branch. She looked at him as he grew serious. She let her dark tail dangle as well."Well If Duskfall is getting suspicious we will try to not make it seem that we are... though with...the idea of kits if anything I can give the kits to a nursing queen....even if I really don't want to I think that would be the best route to go unless there is no nursing queen...." she mewed looking at him trailing off at the thought of no nursing queens if she did have kits.

Soaringwing purred at his mate's words. "You are right, Coalspirit." The brown tabby looked up at the sky, seeing grey clouds start to dot the blue, but if it were to rain, it wouldn't happen for a while. "Even if there was no queen, I'm sure Softsong, Hollyberry, or Hawkstrike would take them in, I mean they are family, so they would understand and do anything to help, right?" The warrior looked over at his mate and gave her a smile and a lick on the cheek. Soaringwing knew he had to change the topic before either of them got sad or something. "Coalspirit, when was the last time I told you that I love you?" he asked, a charming smirk playing on his face.

Coalspirit nodded quietly before was quiet. Though when he tried to change the topic she smiled a little as she thought for a moment before she nuzzled him"i escapes my thought but I'd enjoy hearing you say it."She mewed.

Soaringwing chuckled. "Okay, then. I love you, Coalspirit." He nuzzled her flank and purred, drinking in her scent of herbs and everything sweet. "And your the most beautiful she-cat I have ever laid my eyes on, I will never be able to love anyone as much a I love you."

Coalspirit purred softly hearing his words and I love you just as much " she purred .
