Shadepaw looked trough the tall grass. The Thubderpath was quiet today. She glanced at Mousepaw. "What do you wanna do Mousepaw?"

Mousepaw turned her head to Shadepaw's. "Let's practice battle moves!" She purred. She unsheathed her claws, smiling.

Dazed and confused, Mousepaw playfully pushed Shadepaw onto the Thunderpath. Since she was blind, she was completely unaware of what she had done. Panting, she mewed, "I need a break."

Shadepaw got up and laughed. Her ears perked at a rumbling noise. "Mousepaw!" She wanted to run, but she froze. Froze of fear. Before she knew it, life was over. Her body lay mangled and blood stained on the Thunderpath.

Icestorm was taking a stroll around the territory, seeing if any prey was near him when he heard some squeals by the thunderpath. What could that be? he thought to himself. He trotted over to the stinky path and saw 2 apprentices playing, and one got pushed onto the path. IceStorm heard a monster coming down, and didn't know if the apprentice could see it. He watched in horror as the first apprentice got crushed and had to help the second."Look out!" he yelled running across it and shoving cat out of the way, just in time, before another monster roared past them.

Mousepaw got up at the smell of blood. "Shadepaw!" Mousepaw whimpered, pinning her ears back. I've killed another apprentice... I'm a terrible cat... What have I done? She thought, looking at Icestorm. "I've killed Shadepaw... By accident I pushed her onto the Thunderpath... But I'm... I'm... Blind..." Mousepaw admitted quietly. She let silver tears stream down her cheeks.

IceStorm had never seen the horrors of the Thunderpath so closeup before. But he was a warrior now, and he had to take charge and help the apprentice. "Uh," he choked. "I know mistakes happen, and I have made plenty myself..uh.." he thought for a second before sitting down and curling his tail around the apprentice. "Listen. I know that inside of you is a brave, kind, and noble warrior, but right now don't let yourself take all of the blame. At times like these you need to realize that accidents happen, and we don't always have a explanation for them." IceStorm gave a sigh. "We should go tell your clan leader, you're in ShadowClan, right?."

"Yes..." Mousepaw sobbed. How could I do this? I should run onto the Thunderpath and kill myself!

IceStorm stood up. "Let's go...." he sighed.

OOC: I'll make a new topic where Mousepaw takes Shadepaw's body back to camp and tells Thrushstar. Great, I wonder if she's going to be in trouble...
