Bolekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Once again Duskfall took to High Rock to call on the clan to celebrate another kit becoming an apprentice. Bolekit had waited enough, and it was high time she became an apprentice. It was every cat's duty to serve and protect.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath Highrock for a clan meeting!"

Greenleaf emerged from the warriors den, yawning. Shaking his pelt off, he cleared his mind and settled down, waiting for Duskfall to continue.

Hollyberry padded out of the nursery, groaning as Batkit bounded out in front of her. Rolling her eyes with a smile on her face, she was glad that her kit was almost old enough to become an apprentice so she could get back to her warrior duties once again.

Batkit settled down beside his brother, his gaze flickering excitedly between Duskfall and Greenleaf.

Padding out of the nursery was the kit that would soon become the next Thunderclan apprentice. She carried a sort of regal-like air with her, almost as if she had tricked herself into thinking that she was the leader. She sat down a bit close to the High Rock, her tail wrapping around her paws, back straight, waiting for the ceremony to continue.

"Bolekit, please step forward." Duskfall called out once he saw Bolekit come out of the nursery so that her ceremony could begin. He looked amused at how she held herself, quite regal for a small kit. "You have reached the age of six moons and it's time for you to be apprenticed. Until the day you become a warrior, you will be called Bolepaw. Your mentor will be Frostsnap, and I trust she will teach you all that she knows. May Starclan guide you to become a great warrior."
