Sneaky Kit

Gingerkit sneaked to the Sunningrocks. She looked around to make sure no cat is there as she sneaks closer to the river. Her plan was to try to sneak in RiverClan. This kit can cause trouble.

Stream paw snarled at the scent of Thunderclan on her territory. She leaped at the gingery figure, hissing. She looked down and saw Gingerkit. "Oh, sorry. I thought you were an intruder." She said. "I'm an apprentice now." She me we'd happily, hoping for a fun reaction.

The large-for-his-age brown tabby apprentice who was out fishing by the river, had just caught a minnow when he heard a snarl. Ripplepaw perked his ears, lifted his head and turned to Sunningrocks, where he saw Streampaw and a kit. The tom padded closer, only to find the scent of ThunderClan emanating from the ginger kit. "Excuse me, you do realize that Sunningrocks is RiverClan territory, and that kits should not be out of camp without a warrior." He told the kit in a hard, deep tone. He refrained from growling, as to not scare the kit.

Stream paw nodded. "You can come to visit when you're an apprentice, and if you get permission. I don't think you want to get in trouble," she said with amusement. She glanced at Ribblepaw. She turned and sat, eating a fish.

"Nope!" Gingerkit said happily to Ripplepaw. She wasn't scared of those cats. Trying to change the subject, she said, "So what's up?" Obviously she didn't know the rules. Plus, she's pretty stubborn.

Stream paw looked at the kit. "How stubborn are you?" She asked, a little hostility, not supposed to be there. "Go back to you're clan! You could get hurt here. You never know when a fox could come and..." She stopped there. She didn't want to scare the little kitten. She looked at ripple paw. Sighing. She looked at the kitten again, indicating she should go.

The tabby apprentice let out a small growl and shot a shocked glance at Streampaw. "This pesky ThunderClanner can not and will not 'come and visit' when it's an apprentice, what on earth possessed you to say that?!" Ripplepaw exclaimed before turning back to the orange kit. "Look, you'd better scram before one of our patrols catches you." He narrowed his blue eyes, which were like glass orbs containing mini stormy seas.

Stream paw growled at Ripplepaw. " I MEAN we can be friends from across the border, perhaps at gatherings we could talk. If she's an apprentice then, when I attend my first anyway. The warrior code says you CAN have friends!" She hissed. "Ginger kit was my friend when I was a kit. We just.. Met one day and talked. Nothing more." She growled again, flicking her tail to show ripple paw he should back off.

Acknowledging the flick of Streampaw's ear, the apprentice new better than to get in a fight with one of his denmates and he controlled the rising fur on his shoulders. "Yes, you can have friends, but from another Clan? We may meet ThunderClan in battle one day and what will you do if you encounter Gingerkit? Betray your friend, or your Clan?" Rippplepaw kept his stormy orbs narrowed slightly, long limbs tensed.

Gingerkit narrowed and rolled her eyes . She then tried to sneak away. She's still in the RiverClan territory, but she's not deep. I'll just let them bicker. She saw something in the water and ran to it. The kitten just sat there and watched it.

Stream paw looked at ripple paw, eyes flashing with anger. "She's my cousins best friend in the world. Of course, if we did meet in a battle, I would fight!" She yelled at ripple paw. She slashed her tail around, angrily. She padded away, huffing with anger.

Rainpaw padded back to camp from the river, a few fish in her jaws. Hearing three voices, one of them her brother, she trotted into the clearing and sat down. "Hey, Ripplepaw, Streampaw. How're you guys doing?" she asked, giving her paw a lick and swiping it down her face. "And who are you?" asked the kit.

Stream paw looked at rain paw. "Fine. This kit was just invading our territory. Anyone wanna escort her back to Thunderclan?" She asked kindly, as trying to change the previous mood.

Despite having a brief heated discussion with Streampaw, Ripplepaw decided to not dwell on and turned to his sister. "Hey, Rainpaw. This pesky kit was found on Sunningrocks, our territory, and refused to leave. Do you want to take her back to where she belongs with us?" He offered with a smile before leaping elegantly from the warm rocks to where the two other felines were.

Stream paw narrowed her eyes at ripple paw. "I just basically said that," she grumbled. "Copy cat...."
