Just Curious...

Scarletpaw stalked towards the gorge. Wow, if someone falls inside, he/she will be dead for sure. I wonder who've died from doing that. She sat down and watched everything around her.

A figure appeared on the other side of the gorge in the mist. "What are you doing?" Shimmermist asked the Windclan cat from the other side.

Scarletpaw quickly looked up and saw a RiverClan cat. She stood up and narrowed her eyes. "Looking at the gorge, what are you doing?" She isn't really a fan of cats from other clans. The unknown she cat was in her territory-- not WindClan's. She would've of gotten attacked if she was in WindClan's territory.

Shimmermist sat down and stared at the gorge. "Oh, you know...just taking a break from clan life for a little."

Scarletpaw sat down and tilted her head. "Why is that?"

Shimmermist looked down at her bulging belly. "It's none of your business," she said as she looked up at the apprentice. "But I'm Shimmermist, what's your name?"

Scarletpaw curled her lips up when the warrior told her that it was none of her business. This apprentice is nosy-- don't be surprise if she asks questions that are indeed none of her business. She saw the warrior's stomach and tilted her head. Pregnant, I see? Scarletpaw decided to let that none of your business thing go. "Scarletpaw." The apprentice said simply and blinked her eyes. Her lips weren't curled anymore.

Shallowlake trotted up to her mate. "Hey Shimmermist! How're you and the kits doing?" He purred, placing a paw gently on her belly filled with their kits.

Shimmermist turned her head to Shallowlake. "Great," she purred. She then turned back to Scarletpaw. "Shallowlake, this is Scarletpaw. Scarletpaw, this is Shallowlake, my mate." Shimmermist smiled.

The tabby and white tom dipped his head and smiled. "Hello, Scarletpaw. Nice to meet you!"

Scarletpaw widened her eyes when she saw another cat appear-- it was Shimmermist's mate. "Um, nice to meet you Shallowlake." These two seem nice...

Snowpaw stalked behind Shallowlake and stood behind him. She had heard everything because of where she hid. She moved her head and stared at Scarletpaw.

Oh yay! Another cat! Shimmermist nodded at Snowpaw in greeting. "And this is Snowpaw," She yelled across to Scarletpaw. Wow, it's like the whole clan decided to show up here today. 

Scarletpaw felt a shiver behind her spine. Snowpaw? She tilted her head. I guess more cats are coming and I'm the only WindClan cat over here. She stared at the silver-Bengal patterned apprentice. We look a little alike. The apprentice looked at her fur pattern. She then widened her eyes a little before she looked back at the RiverClan cats. "Nice to meet you Snowpaw."

Snowpaw didn't say anything. She didn't know why the WindClan cat looked at her like that. She bent low and continued to watch the apprentice. She decided to try to say something. "N-nice to m-meet you too, Scarletpaw."

Redpaw walked alongside Scarletpaw catching up with her. As she came up to her she noticed all the other cats, from Riverclan? She smiled and looked at the others "Hello, Shallowlake Silermist and Snowpaw." She said looking at each cat as she had heard there names.

Shimmermist was surprised that the new cat knew her name. "Hi, um, what's your name?" She asked.
