Lets catch some prey! (For Midnight and other apprentices who wants to join)

Padding outside of the apprentices' den, Lilypaw looked at the sky of Sunup and sat down. Maybe Midnightsky will show me some hunting techniques? the she-cat thought, as she leaned down, wrapping her grey-and-black tail gently on her paws and started to groom it. Within a heartbeat, Lilypaw gazed up, looking at the clearing of the incoming Greenleaf. Finally setting her gaze at the warriors' den, Lilypaw stayed at her perch and patiently waited for her mentor. What if he's outside of camp already? As the thought approached her, Lilypaw sat up and padded to the camp entrance, sitting down once again and waited.

Midnightsky yawned as he walked out of the warrior's den. He couldn't sleep much last night, so he was rather tired and slept in. He looked over to Lilypaw making her way towards the camp entrance. He gave a small grin, he crouched low and snuck up behind her. "Boo!"

Shallowpaw peered out of the apprentice den, only to see Midnightsky sneaking up on Lilypaw. He laughed and trotted out of the entrance. "Hello, you two!" he meowed. Stretching, he wondered what they were going to do today. "What are you guys doing today?" he asked.

Midnightsky turned around to face Shallowpaw. He yawned and shook his head. "We're gonna go hunting training today, do you want to join?"

Boo! A strange tom had frightened Lilypaw from behind as the she-cat jumped forwards, unsheathing her claws and turned to the approacher, only to see it was Midnightsky. There you are! she thought, as relief washed through the apprentice. As the she-cat opened her mouth to ask Midnightsky her question, she was suddenly interrupted by another apprentice, Shallowpaw. "Hey, Shallowpaw!" Lilypaw greeted to her denmate. Hearing that Midnightsky had planned for the two to go hunting, Lilypaw felt a glow of excitement. Waiting for Shallowpaw's response on Midnightsky's request, Lilypaw glared at Shallowpaw, then back to Midnightsky, with hope in her eyes as the she-cat thought it would be fun if another cat joined them.

Hearing voices outside, Shimmerpaw woke up in the apprentices den. She padded outside to see what was happening. "Hey, can I come to?" Shimmerpaw asked politely as she sat down.

Shallowpaw padded to Shimmerpaw's side. "Sure, I'll come," he meowed, looking at Midnightsky.

"Alright then, let's go! Let's get some breakfast! Croods!" Midnightsky got up and ran out of camp. "Come on."

Shallowpaw smiled and trotted out of camp.

"Lilypaw, are ya coming? Let's go!" He jumped into the reeds and disappeared.

IC: Lilypaw couldn't wait to hunt until another apprentice joined them, Shimmerpaw. Nodding her head to her denmate in acceptance, Lilypaw felt more excitement surge through. I am going to hunt for my Clan! the she-cat thought, her gaze looking lost as the apprentice ended up deep in her thoughts. I will catch the biggest fish the Clan has ever seen! They will praise me: Lilypaw, Lilypaw, for this wonderful catch... Hearing her mentor call her, Lilypaw shook her hopes away and followed Midnightsky. "Coming!" she called, as the she-cat bounded forward to catch up. I wish I was an excellent warrior, and I will be respected from RiverClan!

Midnightsky stopped and flicked his tail for the apprentices to stop. A nice plump bird sat on the ground looking for food. "Alright, who wants to try?" He whispered.

Shallowpaw stopped in his tracks. "Alright, who wants to try?" He made a noise in the back of his throat and crouched down low. He made sure the wind was blowing the bird's scent and not his, then stalked carefully forward, also making sure that his paws weren't landing on twigs, leaves, or anything else that might disturb the bird.

Midnightsky sneaked quietly into a bush. He looked at the apprentice expertly. He watched his stance and movement. Good...

Shallowpaw stalked the bird, making sure that he stayed low to the ground. He pounced, and the bird started to leave the ground. The apprentice had already caught it and bit its neck. Shallowpaw turned to Minnowflash.
