Pinekit's Apprentice Ceremony

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather to hear my words!" Reedstar called, summoning the Clan for yet another apprentice ceremony. Even with so many new warriors, the apprentice den didn't stay open for long.

The pretty brown She trotted from the nursery. Her fur nice and clean a nice smile on her face, and her tail raised high. Pinekit gently pushed past other cats trying to be in the middle of the clearing. "Excuse me!" She squeaked making her way towards the middle she sat down and huffed. Her fur was messy, bending down she quickly groomed her fur back down.

Reedstar held back a purr as the kit came bustling through the gathering crowd. "Pinekit, come forward," he mewed. "You have reached the age of six moons and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day forward, until you receive your warrior name, you shall be known as Pinepaw. Raggedypelt will be your mentor." He nodded in the newly appointed warrior's direction. "I hope they will pass down all they know onto you."

Pinekit beamed dipping her head in respect of reedstar. "T-Thanks!" She Mewed eagerly looking over in the direction that reedstar has directed her trotting towards her new mentor, Raggedypelt touching muzzles with him.
