World meet Goldenkit, Goldenkit meet world.

A tiny, little kit stirred awake in Thunderclan's nursery. Goldenkit's small bright-blue eyes slowly opened as she sat up. Goldenkit looked around until her gaze rested on the nursery entrance. She smiled to herself as she crawled out into the light that made her golden fur shine. As she breathed in the scent of many cats, she heard a noise behind her. She turned around and saw a figure approaching her. "He-hello?" She asked as it got closer.

Emberpaw was having a good day. A very good day, in fact. After finishing up a quick mouse from the fresh kill pile, she noticed a tiny golden kit make her way out of the nursery, probably for the first time. Padding up to her with a smile on her face, she sat down and spoke. "Hello. You're Goldenkit, right? I'm Emberpaw."

Goldenkit managed to nod a little at the older cat. "H...hi Emberpaw," She sad as she sat down also. Goldenkit was a bit nervous in front of an older cat, but she remained calm.

Brackenkit was walking by when he saw the new kit. "Hi Goldenkit, I'm Brackenkit," he purred. "It's nice to meet you."

Goldenkit turned her tiny head around to see yet another cat talking to her. Goldenkit gave a nice, sweet, warm smile. "Hi! I was just talking to um...Ember...Ember...Emberpaw, yah, Emberpaw," She said, remembering the apprentice's name. Goldenkit was happy to see another cat about her size around.

Smiling a bit at Goldenkit's bit of forgetfulness, Emberpaw dipped her head in welcome to Brackenkit. "Hi, Brackenkit." Her face lit up as she had an idea. "Do you two want to play mossball? I don't have anything else to do, and it'd be fun!"

Goldenkit looked at Emberpaw, obviously confused. "What's that?" She asked, curiously. It was of course Goldenkit's first time out of the nursery, so she didn't know how to play any "kit games".

"You play moss ball like this," Brackenkit ran and grabbed a ball of moss, then threw it into the air. "Now hit it back to me."

Goldenkit jumped up as high as she could and flung her paw at the ball of moss. Her small paw barley missed the ball. Goldenkit landed on the cold earth with a thud.

"You just barley missed it!" Brackenkit mewed,"Don't worry though, if you still want to play, you can start the game."

Emberpaw smiled at the two kits attempting to play mossball. Snatching the small ball of moss, she lightly tossed it toward Brackenkit. "Now you hit it to Goldenkit, and she hits it to me. That's mossball!"

((Thanks, I stared at that word for like 5 minutes))

Brackenkit batted the moss ball to Goldenkit, this time a little lower, with a swift paw.

Goldenkit got ready to hit the ball. Once it came flying over to her, she concentrated on it. The next thing she knew, her paw reached out and swatted the ball. It went flying over to Emberpaw. "Hey, I did it," She exclaimed as she got ready for someone to hit the ball of moss back to her.

The ball arced over Emberpaw's head, and she leapt into the air, sending it flying toward Brackenkit. "So you did! That was a really good hit, Goldenkit!"

Brackenkit purred, "You're getting good at this, Goldenkit." Brackenkit jumped and sent the moss ball soaring back to Goldenkit.
