Bothering Nightfire

"Well, I didn't fully voluntarily become a medicine cat. I got in an accident on the Thunderpath, which broke my hind legs and ripped off my tail. But I actually really enjoy the herbs. Just learning to help my clanmates to the best of my ability." Nightfire glanced back at his missing tail, just a little stub now. Glancing back at Morningpaw with his dual colored eyes, he stared into her light green eyes. "How about you come hang out more in the den. Then we'll see what your true interests are. I can tell you are interested, but I want to make sure it isn't just a momentary thing" he smiled afterward.

Morningpaw's eyes widen as he explained how he became a medicine cat; staring at the stub that onced was his tail. She had never imaged that something like that would of happened to him, and she grew a bit uncertain. However, her ears perked up as he spoke once more, staring at him with wide eyes. "A-Are you sure?" she asked, a bit taken back. She hadn't been aware that he had taken notice of her interest, and she glanced around at the piles of herbs in the den. "A-Are you sure I just won't get in your way, Nightfire?"

"Nope, I could use an extra hand anyway." he mewed, pushing the leaf storage back into place.

Morningpaw paused, flicking her tail as she watched Nightfire. "Well...Alright," she said with a small dip with her head. "I-I suppose I'll try to stop by when I can in between my trainings. Does that sound alright with you, Nightfire?"

"Yes, perfectly fine Morningpaw. I welcome you in my den anytime" he mewed, shifting around to give one last look at the storage.
