A bored, dead cat

Moonlight sparkled over the wishing pond. A dark she-cat came out of the bushes and sat on the shore. She looked at her reflection and gasped, before stepping back a bit. She looked at it again. "My face has..." she said. She then looked at her paw and tail, before purring to herself.

A soft thumping sound gently filled the air as a grey and white tom padded though the star-filled fields. His twisted paw barely slowed him down as he strolled forward, drawing closer to the wishing pond. His green eyes sparkled slightly as he noticed a moonlit figure hovering close to the pond. His ears flickered as he drew a bit closer, his tail flicking slightly. "Shadeheart..." the name exited from him in a soft whisper; his childhood friend and close companion before he had died. It had been moons since they had last seen each other, and his ears fell a bit. "I had heard you had joined us, but I had not wished it so, you still had much of a life to live," he muttered as he padded up next to her, sitting down, his gaze fixed on their reflection. He noticed that the fur on her face was, well fixed, and it caused him a bit of glee; he had been aware of how the missing fur on her face had caused her such heartache.

Occ: At least I am guessing that her fur is back seeing how she seems so happy about her face.
