Dang it Mistflower

It had been quite a while since her last encounter with Shadowclan and after everything went down, Cinderfur hadn't really thought much about them. All she could really think about was how she was lying outside of the nursery to stay away from her kits and the other kits as she felt like she was trying to cough her lungs out. She really had no idea where she got the disease from-- whether it be something she ate or if she had gotten it from a Gathering, but she felt worse than she had ever felt before. Her chest was tight, her nose was runny, and she barely had any energy to keep up with Midnightkit and Skykit. It was awful. She wanted to see the medicine cats, but she really had no idea where either of them had disappeared to so much. Taking a deep, raspy breath, she set her head on her paws as she tried to keep herself from other cats. She didn't want to get anyone else sick, but it was getting difficult. "Oh Starclan..." she grumbled.

MidnightKit tumbled out of the nursery, he noticed that his mother was sick so he ran towards the fresh-kill pile and took out a fish. It was too large for him to carry, but he did it anyway. He dragged the fish to CinderFur and mewed triumphantly.

A white warrior peered out of the warrior's den after hearing a strong cough. Noticing that an older queen was coughing, he came over. Spotting the young son of this she-cat, he meowed a comment, "You've got a very helpful boy there. Would you mind if I got you some water to wash it down?", if he wasn't aiding the ill and none of them cats, it would look like Ashcloud was acting the waiter to a customer. His banded tail did long stretches, as if it was it's own being.

Getting over her little fit, it took a second for Cinderfur to notice Midnightkit, but when she saw him, she smiled. "Why thank you, Midnightkit. Since you were so strong to carry it all the way over here, why don't you take the first bite?" she offered as she looked up at Ashcloud. "He's very helpful. He'll be a strong warrior one day! But that would be wonderful, Ashcloud... if you don't mind, of course," she gave the tom a weak smile as she tried to take a deep breath. It hurt, but she tried anyway. The air in her lungs felt nice after a while, and with fresh food and water coming her way, she felt relieved.

He mewed happily, but wanted Cinderfur to take the first bite.
