| Copperpaw's green eyes glinted with suspicion and hatred as he joined the cats near Soulfang. "Soulfang has killed three cats. I'm fairly sure that we don't help murderers. He's a prisoner, Swiftkit," he mewed, flicking an ear. His tabby pelt shimmered in the bright newleaf sunlight. "You shouldn't be around him, anyway. Where's your mother?" The kits shouldn't be allowed anywhere near Soulfang, for all they knew, Soulfang could kill them. |
