Ravenkit's MCA ceremony

Shadeheart padded into the nursery. "Ravenkit, wake up," she whispered to Ravenkit as to not disturb the other kits. She was very nervous, and it certainly showed.

Sleeping comfortably with her siblings and Lavenderheart, the small she-kit heard a voice calling her name, though it was a bit shaky, as if they were nervous. Though she couldn't tell. As she got up slowly, Ravenkit noticed that it was Shadeheart. Why would the medicine cat need her...? Wait, was she becoming an apprentice? Trying not to stir the others, the black kit looked up, her green and yellow eyes giving the normal blank expression and she looked at the shaking medicine cat. Not understanding why she was nervous, or if she was nervous at all, Ravenkit mewed softly, "Why...?" She didn't understand what was happening, nor did she really care currently, but she supposed that she had to if the medicine cat wanted her to awaken so late at night. Looking up to the stars, she felt a bit calmed by their glistening light, finally feeling a bit more awake.

"Come along, it's your Medicine Cat apprentice ceremony," Shadeheart said.

Letting out a small yawn, Ravenkit just obeyed Shadeheart, not wondering why she was chosen to be medicine cat. She was happy about it, yes, but just a bit curious. Padding along outside, the small jet-black she-kit was actually really excited inside about becoming a medicine cat, but like always, never showed it.

Shadeheart led Ravenkit out of the camp and towards the moonstone.

As the two cats arrived at mothermouth, Shadeheart said to Ravenkit, "Follow me. The tunnel to the moonstone is dark, so stay close." She led the way into the dark tunnel, hoping that Ravenkit would follow.

Nodding, the small she-kit followed, not minding the darkness in the... what did everyone call it? The Mothermouth. As Shadeheart lead her through the black tunnel, Ravenkit scanned the area, seeing small details thanks to seem enhancements. It wasn't too bad, and she didn't seem to mind it too much. Her eyes then caught a glowing object at the end of the tunnel, or so she speculated, and thought that was what they called the Moonstone, the connection to StarClan. That would probably be it, though Ravenkit wasn't sure. Only time will tell if she was correct.

Shadeheart smiled at Ravenkit. "Warriors of StarClan! I present you this apprentice. She has chosen the path of a medicine cat. Grant her your wisdom and insight so that she may understand your ways and heal her Clan in accordance to your will."

IC: Hesitating a bit before replying, Ravenkit mewed, "Do..." Of course she wasn't going to reply in a full sentence, like always, but it didn't really matter. Shadeheart would understand what she was saying after all, because the she-kit may never even speak a full sentence. Honestly, she'd rather not. Her eyes had a misty look now, but still the coldness hidden behind it. It seems that her usual look may look overall, hostile now.

"Then WindClan welcomes you as a Medicine Cat Apprentice." Shadeheart meowed.
