Mintpaw's Warrior Ceremony

After calling the clan to a meeting, Froststar quickly began Mintpaw's ceremony. "I, leader of RiverCaln, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Mintpaw's, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your clan even at the cost of your life?"

"I do," Mintpaw replied, eyes shining. This was it - the moment she had waited for her whole life. The day she would become a warrior was finally then!

Lichenpaw watched the ceremony in anticipation, kneading the ground beneath his paws.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Mintpaw, from this day on you will be known as Mintcloud. We welcome you as a full warrior of RiverClan."

ooc;; if there was an award for laziness, I'd win it. And then end up not going to the award ceremony and instead watch it on tv as I eat chips.
