The kits come marching one by one [open to anyone]

Branchkit moved to sit next to him. "That was fun!" She squeaked, "We should play again sometime. I have a secret to tell you."

Pepperkit stopped licking his paws and turned his head towards the she-kit and let out a light mew in question "What would that be? And yes we should do that again sometime, as long as you don't do that last part again." He said that last part with a little bit of a bratty attitude.

Branchkit didn't pay attention to his attitude. "I don't really like to play with the other kits, other than my brother, and I don't think the other kits want to play with me really other." She whispered to the tom. This really wasn't a secret but in her mind it was.

Pepper kit mewed a tiny laugh "Same here. Well except the brother part. They think im mean and....whats the word? Oh well I heard one of the warriors call me it a few nights ago but oh well."

"Wow. The only warriors I have talked to other than my mother and father were Embershade. She's really nice." Branchkit mewed. Then sighed. "What do you want to do? We can look at clouds or look into one of the other dens."

Pepperkit thought about that last question. Maybe poking around in one of the dens would be a great idea. It might get them in trouble but it sounded like a lot of fun. "Lets go check out the other dens! I really want to explore the camp. He stood up and waited for Branchkit to elad the way.

Branchkit stood up and quickly scanned the other dens. "Well we could look in the warriors den first. Unless you want to see the apprentice den first." She said.

Pepper jumped up at the thought of going into the warriors den. "Lets go to the warriors den! It must be awesome to be in there! All these great warriors who have been here for moons are in there!"

Branchkit nodded then dashed off. As they got closer to the den she took quieter steps. Slowly she started to peek her head around the corner of the den entrance.

Pepperkit took off after Branchkit as she ran towards the warriors den. As she slowed down Pepperkit did the same. He mimicked her exact movements right by her side and peered into the den.

Branchkit squeaked and jumped away from the den quickly. "Come on! Hurry!"

Mossfur was cleaning herself when she saw the 2 cats poke there heads in. She chuckled to herself and said "What are you two doing in the warriors den? You surely can't be warriors." She padded outside to sit with them.

Pepperkit flinched as he heard the voice of a she cat other than Branchkit. He mewed in defense "I know but I'm going to be the strongest warrior one moon!" He sat down with his head held high.

"Maybe but not now." Mossfur padded out the den herding the kits with her.

Branchkit looked up at Mossfur. "Where are we going?" She inquired.
