Cinderkit and Greykit's Apprentice Ceremony

Sagestar quickly leaped up onto the Jagged Rock, letting out a loud yowl. So many apprentices. They were blessed. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here for a clan meeting!"

Shadeclaw padded outside and sat down to listen to what Sagestar had to say. Bam.

Nightcloud pulled herself from the warrior den, a smile on her face. Ooo; an apprentice ceremony, how exciting! She quickly noticed Shadeclaw and made her way over to him, sitting down next to her denmate as she waited for the ceremony to start.

Smokefang walked into the camp just in time for the ceremony to start. Once she heard the words, she went over to sit down by her denmates, giving a smile to both of them before sitting down in front of the rock.

Cinderkit bounded out of the nursery, fur slicked back and ridiculously clean. She took her spot near the base of the Jaggedrock, a wide grin on her face.

Greykit padded out of the nursery because he knew what this was about. He was about to become a ShadowClan apprentice! He took his spot next to Cinderkit and waited politely for Sagestar to speak.

"Today, two of our youngest have reached the age of six moons and its time for them to be apprenticed." Sagestar meowed, "Cinderkit and Greykit, come forward."

Cinderkit stepped forward, the excitement only given away by the gleam in her eye. It was pretty much all she could do to not go hurtling in circles around the camp. xD

Greykit, too excited to move, stood there for a moment before registering her words. Once he finally understood he stumbled forward and fell. He sat back up with a indignant lick on of his chest.

Sagestar watched the two carefully before continuing. "From this day forth, until these two have earned their warrior name, they will be known as Cinderpaw and Greypaw."
"Nightcloud, you will be mentor to Cinderpaw." He said. Hopefully, the warrior's more calm and patient nature would smooth out Cinderpaw's more rambunctious nature. "Smokefang, you will be mentor to Greypaw." The quiet determination was something the two of them seemed to share, and he believed Smokefang could turn the grey apprentice into a great warrior.

Smokefang had just became a warrior, and now she had an apprentice! The smokey warrior made her way over to her new apprentice. "I can't wait to get started!" The warrior mewed, "Better get some rest for tomorrow we start training."

A small smile appeared on Nightcloud's face as she pulled herself to her paws and padded over to Cinderpaw. Her tail flickered as she gently leaned down to touch noses with her new apprentice, grinning. "It will be an honor to train you, Cinderpaw."

Shadeclaw purred, happy to see new apprentices. "Cinderpaw! Greypaw! Cinderpaw! Greypaw!" He chanted, wanting to give the apprentices a "congratulations!" they wouldn't forget.
