Opossumpaw's Battle Training

(Oh and I forgot to mention earlier with Leap-and-Hold, after you post the first turn of it, you have to wait for the other person to post(even though they can't attack anyways) before posting again for the second turn. Also, you deal damage each turn)

Ic: Lionstar nodded. "This one's the hardest, but it's a special Thunderclan move only we can do, and it's very effective." He meowed, suddenly rushing away into the bushes as if he were leaving. After a moment of complete silence, he suddenly burst out from behind Opossumpaw, leaping on her and pinning her to the ground. "It's called Lightning Strike, and I hope you were paying attention." He huffed, leaping off. "We seem to retreat in eye-sight, but as soon as the enemy relaxes, we attack from behind, full force!"

Ooc: This move takes 2 turns, so normally rather than damage in bold, you'd post something else in bold saying what you're preparing to do. For example...

Lionstar is preparing to use Lightning Strike

...Then you wait for a turn to pass before you actually use it like normal. Go ahead and try!

Ooc: Ha ha! Forgot about the special Thunderclan move!

Ic: "Let me try!" She said before dashing into the bushes in front of Lionstar. Setting her paws down lightly she crept behind and kept going a little farther so that instead of directly at his back, which he was expecting, she would leap out and hopefully hit him in the shoulder or side. She hoped her version would work just as effectively.

Possumpaw is preparing Lightning Strike.

Lionstar glanced around without moving, knowing she'd pop out at any moment from anywhere. But of course he'd let her hit him, as they were training and he needed to see how strong she was.

Well, now that I've posted you can carry on with the move~

When she was sure she was ready, Possumpaw leaped out of the bushes and landed on Lionstar with her claws sheathed of course. "How was that?" She asked as she did after she tried every battle move.

Possumpaw used Lightning Strike (-35 SP and -25 HP)

Lionstar-
HP: 85/120

Ooc: of course in battle Iw ould put both HP and SP on both names

Ic: Lionstar stumbled forward a bit, losing a little balance. He huffed, looking at his apprentice with what looked like to be even a small amount of pride in his eyes. "I can't think of any more praise to give you for that. That's all for today, so let's head back to camp." He meowed, nodding to Opossumpaw and beginning to pad away.

Possumpaw followed with pride. Her battle training went well. I am going to train and be the best warrior in Thunderclan. At least I hope!
