Whitepaw's battle training

Dewclaw paced outside of the Apprentices' Den. "Whitepaw, come out and let's train some." She called in, trying not to disturb other apprentices.

Whitepaw quickly was awakened by exitement and jumped out if the apprentices den."My first apprentice training!" He said proudly.

Dewclaw mewed in amusement and set a brisk pace far into the territory. She then turned to face Whitepaw, and decided to start with the basics. "The tree trunks around here will be your targets. The first move every warrior learns is the front paw strike."
She slashed a paw at a tree stump.



Dewclaw used front paw strike on the tree stump, dealing 13 damage and using 10 stamina.

"Excellent form!" She said, watching her apprentice attack. "Next we have the belly rake." She sweeped to the side of a stump as if slipping under an enemy warrior and raked her claws across its side repeatedly, leaving deep scores.

Whitepaw copied but after he hit the stump he tripped.

"We'll work on that one. But we should move on." She said. "This next one is the last one. The rest you can learn by observing the other warriors when you are made one."
She tactfully jumped back onto the tree stump as if it were a warrior again and pinned it where one would pin and enemy.
Dewclaw used leap and hold, dealing 4 damage and using 20 stamina.

OOC: My apologies, apprentices have 80 stamina. Thus you would have 60 Stamina left. ^^

Now, when you perform this move, you must use the dice to see how long the effects last. First, you must go to 'post reply,' rather than the quickpost at the bottom. Under the box, it says 'Dices roll.' Click the down arrow and click 'effect dice.' Don't change the number next to 'Dice rolls,' as you only need to get one number. 1-3 means you hold them for a single turn. 4-6 means you've got them pinned for two turns.

Whitepaw got up and jumped on the stump like he was pinning a warrior.
