Aspenkit & Silentkit's Apprentice Ceremonies

Ooc: So....This may seem weird but it's what Sleepy said to do....Sorta. Idk o-o

Ic: With Lionstar's permission, Flamestar leaped onto Highrock, looking around awkwardly. Would he let out the normal call? Oh well. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the Highrock for a Skyclan meeting!" He yowled, adding the "skyclan" part in it so cats wouldn't get confused.

Icestream stepped grumply in the clearing.

Coldheart walked over, and sat down beneath the Highrock. Her pelt prickled with embarrassment, Thunderclan might stare! She hoped not. Larchkit sat beside her mom, looking at their leader. "No fair!" Larchkit mewed. "Hush. Your turn will be soon." Coldheart mewed. Her eyes glowed.


ooc: Can I be a mentor again since Ivy has... Poofed?

Silentkit yawned as she heard the announcement. "What's going on?" She asked sleepily as she joined her mother and older sister. "Is it Larchkit and Aspenkit's apprentice ceremony?"

Ooc: You're one of the only choices >.>

Ic: Flamestar looked down, feeling a bit awkward. "Silentkit, Aspenkit, please step forward." He meowed, trying to hide his feeling of awkwardness.

ooc: Yey!

ic: Coldheart purred. "No, It's yours." she said to Silentkit, her eyes Shone, while Larchkit sat grumpily. Coldheart nudged her. "Stop it, show some excitement." Coldheart hissed to her older daughter. Watching Flamestar. Her old apprentice, Nightpaw, had disappeared. She hoped she'd get to mentor one of the kits...

Aspenkit stepped forward nervously, but excited. I can't believe this moment is finally here! I've been waiting 6 moons for this and I've been learning from warriors some things I need to know. But now, it's my turn. She had so many thoughts in her head. She was overly happy.

"Aspenkit, Silentkit, you have reached the age of six moons and as custom is it time for you to be apprenticed." Flamestar meowed from his place on the Highrock. "From this day forth, until he has received his warrior name, he will be known as Silentpaw and Aspenpaw."

"Icestream, I feel you are ready to take on an apprentice. You learned well as an apprentice and you have shown to be courageous and loyal. I hope you pass on all that you know to Silentpaw." He meowed, nodding to the warrior.

"Aspenpaw, seeing as there is a lack of available warriors in Skyclan at the moment...I will train you. I know you won't let me down." Flamestar finished, leaping down to touch noses with his apprentice.

Icestream looked eye-wide. Bu-but he knows... That- Er, I He sighed, going to touch noses with the young kit.

Silentpaw touched her nose with Icestream and mewed quietly, "You'll train me well, right?"

OOC: Yes, I know Stormi. >.>

Kestrelflight watched from the medicine den. Her fur spiked with anger when Icestream stepped foward.

Maybe I don't love you.

She growled, and returned to herb sorting.

Coldheart watched, a little annoyed that her daughter was going to be mentored by Icestream. She then looked at Aspenpaw, and smiled. She knew Flamestar would do well.

Aspenpaw touched noses with Flamestar. She wouldn't let him (?) down. She glanced over at the medicine cat den for a second. Wondering what happens there.

Ic: Flamestar looked up after the ceremonial parts were over. "Dismissed!"
