A small white bundle of fur jumped out from behind the warrior, "Got you!" she shouted at Silvershade. Wingedkit pawed gently at Silvershade, her eyes searching for some reaction at her attempt to play.

A smile crept at Silvershade's face. She flung the barely-touched vole back into the fresh-kill pile (no point in wasting it!) and began scraping together a moss-ball. When she finished, she flung it at Wingedkit.

Wingedkit's emerald eyes lit up and she pounced forward in order to catch the small ball of moss. The kit had an amused expression in her face, a simple ball of moss creating such an impressive game. Her tail waved high in the air as she pawed the ball back at Silvershade.

The silver-cat batted it back at her, but missed. It flew past her and hit some other cat aswell.

Froststar's head flew up as something damp collided with her shoulder, her eyes wide as she looked around. The ball of moss rolled away, but the she-cat caught it with her sharp claw. Blinking sleep away, she looked around. Spotting a suspicious looking Silvershade, she purred and flung the ball of moss at the deputy.

Silvershade giggled and papped the ball a little farther into the air, aimed at Wingedkit.

Hollykit, who had been watching, had the misfortune of being hit on the head by the moss ball that was intended for Wingedkit.
"Ouch!" she shouted,making her presence known.

Wingedkit trotted towards Hollykit, fetching the ball, "I'm sorry!" she said in a low voice. The kit then snagged the ball of moss with her small claws and flicked it in Froststar's direction with a loud giggle.

Froststar crinkled her nose, giving the kit a curious look. "Oh, Silvershade. Apparently you need to work on your aim." She called out, teasing lightly. Following the sound of the young laughter, the calico glanced at Wingedkit just in time to see the moss come towards her. She yelped, although it was mixed with a mew of laughter as she batted the ball away, and she watched it roll back towards the kit.
