Mosspelt turned and smelled yet another mouse and located and saw it nomming on a nut nearby without stalking he leapt with his sharp claws out

The gray she-cat gave a bit of a shake as she returned to Mosspelt, the squirrel in her jaws. She placed it under a tree and covered it, turning to the deputy. "We're doing really well despite the cold weather!" She remarked, enjoying her time out in the colorful forest. Her ears flicked to the side as she heard the flutter of wings not far off. Getting into the proper hunter's crouch, she located the source of the sound. Just beyond a bush was a finch. She jumped through the bush, much like she did as an apprentice, catching the bird in her claws and nipping its neck. She burried it with the squirrel.

She watched with awe. "That was so cool!" She chimed, wishing that she could do something as coordinated as that. She glanced around and sniffed the air, smelling a mouse. She quickly started stalking it, but she was not watching where she was stepping, and broke a twig under her paw. SHe hissed furiously as it scampered away, alerted by the sound.

MOsspelt smelled the air and another rabbit scent touched his nose, he dropped down and stalked it. It was a white snowy-hare and Mosspelt aimed to make its white fur stain red. He stalked forward a tiny bit then lept and his jaws closed around its throat and snapped its neck and he threw it into the pile aswell

IC: Sniffing the air closely, she caught the whiff of vole. She turned and spotted it, but it also saw her and hurried into its burrow. She padded slowly over and looked into the hole that she never noticed before. "Darn."

MOsspelt shrugged "One piece of prey gone is okay, we have plenty" he meowed

Dewclaw recalled all of the killing strikes she'd made. "I guess you're right." She ran back to get all of her prey- a pigeon, a mouse, a squirrel, and a finch. It was quite a bit, but she managed to get it all in her mouth.
