Darkpaw's Medicine Cat Ceremony

Lilystem purred and entered her den and prodded her apprentice "Darkpaw, it's time"

"For what?" She asked.

"Your ceremony" she purred and padded out of the den and flicked her tail meaning for Darkpaw to follow

OOC: Darkwhisper. Sorry again, I was in D.C.

IC: Darkpaw smiled. She had been waiting exitedly for this day.

The wind had a light breeze when they got to Highstones Lilystem purred as memories flooded her and smiled and looked behind her for her apprentice "Follow my tail" she purred and entered the dark tunnel

Darkpaw followed Lilystem's tail through the cavern.

Lilystem purred when they got to the cavern and it revealed a bright glowing stone "Are you ready?"

"YEs." Darkpaw smiled.

Lilystem nodded and paused before starting to speak, "I, Lilystem, medicine cat of SkyClan call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this apprentice. She has trained hard to learn the ways of the medicine cat and with your help she will serve SkyClan for many moons." The tabby looked at the smaller she-cat with a sweet smile, "Darkpaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between Clan and Clan and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." Darkpaw answered.

"Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Darkpaw, from this moment you will be known as Darkwhisper. StarClan honors your cleverness and kindness, and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of SkyClan." the she-cat purred and rested her head on her apprentices
