After Sunny had her kits

Hawkfeather nodded a no. "No Berrykit. Inside."

Berrykit frowned, still sitting on the leader's head.

Coldstep padded out. "What's going on?" He asked, looking at Hawkfeather expectantly.

"As long as your mother and father say it's ok, you can go outside and play. Just not in my den."he reminded them

Coldstep huffed. "Berrykit, Frostkit, are you two causing trouble?" He growled softly in warning. "No. Hawkfeather wanted to take us inside. I want to play!" She complained. Coldstep twitched his nose. "Sunnyheart said to listen and stay with Hawkfeather if you came outside. If you won't listen to him, how can I trust you'll listen to Bramblestar?" He asked, rolling his eyes. Berrykit lay her head on her paws, still lying on Bramblestar's head. She looked at her father with puppy eyes. "Pleasssse! I'll listen!"
Coldstep looked at Bramblestar with an amused face on. "What do you think?" He asked, have laughing.

Bramblestar laughed to. How could anybody say no to the two admirable kits so Bramblestar finally gave in, "Ok can go into my den but for only a little bit and remember that I will be watching you." He told Berrykit and Frostkit.

"Yayyyyyyyy!!!" Berrykit cheered excitedly, riding Bramblestar to the den. "Come on Frostkit! Let's go see what it looks like to be leader!" She called to her sister.

While Berrykit rode on his head and Frostkit followed, Bramblestar rolled his eyes but smiled.

Hawkfeather still felt sad about not have his own kits.... But was happy for his friends.
