After Sunny had her kits

Sunnyheart lay exosted in her nest, the kits eyes had open, and her darling white-and-tan kit opened her mouth in a tiny yawn. "Mama, can we go explore?" She squeaked. No, you are too young little one. Sunnyheart purred in reply, Maybe in a few days. The tiny kits looked dissapointed, but said nothing. Sunnyheart and Coldstep had not decided on names yet, and the kits were eager to get them.

Hawkfeather popped in hearing the kit ask the Q "Oh come on Sunnyheart. I'll watch them if you wish. He purred.

Embereyes was with Hawkfeather, of coarse. She looked down, thinking of when their kits had died before they were even born. But she wouldn't let that get her. Her sapphire necklace was bright in the dark nursery.

Frostpaw padded in and stood behind her mentor ,peeking out at the kits "They're so cute!" she meowed quietly.

Coldstep padded in. He sniffed the kits. "Why don't we name them?" He asked Sunnyheart.

The brown and orange kit was snoozing happily, but opened big green-blue eyes as she was sniffed. "Hi." She squeaked happily, pawing her father's nose.

Coldstep huffed in amusement. "Well hello there."

Embereyes purred. 'Well why don't you look at that.' she chuckled.

Hawkfeather purred. "Coldstep can I bring them outside?"

Embereyes looked at Hawkfeather. 'They're naming them, lets wait till afterwards.' she said.

Coldstep looked over and nodded to Hawkfeather. "After we name them." He purred, looking at Sunnyheart. "What do you want to name this one?" He asked, gently nosing the white kit.

I think Frostkit would be nice. She mewed. Her pelt is whiter then Embereye's!

Bramblestar stepped into the nursery. He had heard that Sunnyheart had kitted and he wanted to see the newest SkyClan members. "Who do we have here." he said looking at the two tiny bundles of fur.

"They're getting ready to name them" Frostpaw whispered

"This is Frostkit." Coldstep nodded to the white kit before looking at Bramblestar. "And we haven't named the other yet. How about this one?" He purred, nosing the chocolate brown kit with orange spots.

Embereyes purred. 'I bet that wrong. I just got my pelt clean by a rain shower that just past.' she said looking at the kit. She put her tail lightly on the top of the white kit's back, and stroked it.

Hmmm. . . She mewed as Frostkit let Embereyes stroke her before finally giving up to the urge to grab her tail. She laughed and mewed, Why don't you name her?
