"Because Butterflystar is always bussyyyy." Bluepaw complained.

"Good thing my mentor is Stormeye" Foxpaw mewed.

Stormeye glanced at Bluepaw, his icy blue eyes some-what warm. "Perhaps I can ask Butterflystar if I can finish up your training."

"Yeah!" Foxpaw agreed. "Stormeye's an awesome mentor! And you'd train alongside me!"

"That'd be great!" Bluepaw meowed happily. "You're an awsome mentor!"

Stormeye nodded, a small smile appearing on his face. "Then the next time I see her, I'll ask."

Iceclaw padded over, dragging a fresh rabbit with him. "Hey guys!" He purred, sitting down nearby on a rock. He took a bite of brown fur. "How's it going?"

"Iceclaw!" Foxpaw purred. "Not much. You?"

"Hey, Iceclaw," Stormeye meowed to the warrior. "I have finished up Foxpaw's training and I am going to talk to Butterflystar about finishing up Bluepaw's because she has been so busy. WindClan is going to have two new warriors before we know it."

"Great!" Iceclaw purred. "It'll be good to have a big clan. No clan would ever take over us again!" He mewed, remembering the riverclan incident at the gathering.

"A Clan took over WindClan once?" Foxpaw breathed.

Stormeye nodded. "Yea, I was born a little after the take over. Sleepystar of RiverClan came in one day and demanded we joined him. Wildstar, knowing we stood no chance to him gave in, and we became under RiverClan rules. I was then born, and I became an apprentice under Gracestep, a RiverClan warrior at the time. When she died, Moonstar became my next mentor even thought she was just the deputy at the time. Then Sleepystar was killed during a battle with Silverstar, then if you remember at the last gathering Moonstar let WindClan go from RiverClan's rule."

"I guess I was lucky to be born after the rule" Foxpaw tipped her head to the side.
