Ravenpaw's battle training

butterflystar waited at the training area for ravenpaw she had promised her that she would teach her the basics.

Ravenpaw pranced up to Butterflystar, her tail flickering behind her. "Hey Butterflystar." she meowed, smiling.

"You ready for today" she purred and smiled.

Ravenpaw nodded, her body shaking with it. ""Yes!"

"ok show me what you already know, I want to believe that stormpaw has been teaching you some moves if not any" she said getting up

Ravenpaw looked at her, confused. "To be honest, he's shown me nothing." she meowed sadly.

"wow" butterflystar said "Ok then we will start with the easiest one I know, the paw strike" she said and quickly moved her paw in the air like she was trying to hit something.

"That's what I did when I was a kit, playing that moss game." Ravenpaw commented, watching her.

"exactly, if you remeber any other moves show me" she said sitting down.

Pretending there was a ball of moss flying at her, she jumped up, clawing at the air in front of her. "If that one?" Ravenpaw asked once she landed.

"anything can become a battle move in the midst of it" butterflystar purred and got up "start using some of your moves on me as if we were in battle but no claws" she said.

Ravenpaw nodded. Making sure her claws were sheathed, she pounced at Butterflystar.

butterflystar rolled but got up quickly making sure not to squish ravenpaw. "again but stay closer to the ground and be ready to jump off." she instructed

Ravenpaw nodded and pounced again, making the changes Butterflystar told her to change.

butterflystar colapsed as ravenpaw landed on her "nice job, now get off" she purreed.
