Frog's MCA ceremony

The sleek, grey medicine cat made her way from her den, her yellow eyes shining. Today she would be getting an apprentice! She moved quietly but quickly to the nursery and poked her head in, noticing the sleeping bodies of Lightkit, Smokekit, and the one she was looking for, Frogkit. "Frogkit," she whispered, quietly padding over to the tom and poking him lightly. "Frogkit, wake up."

Frogkit blinked open sleepy eyes and looked at Silentherb. "Is it time?" He yawned, getting to his feet.

Silentherb nodded, and padded from the nursery then out of the camp, stopping every once in a while to make sure that Frogkit was following her. Soon, they were WindClan's territory, but this didn't bother Silentherb at all as they were allies now.

Frogkit kept pace quietly with Silentherb, not wanting to disturb the gentle silence. He wondered what it was like at highstones...and what did the moonstone look like?

Soon, they had found themselves at a giant mountain, a cave lead into darkness. Silentherb stopped and turned to Frogkit, her yellow eyes bright. "Stay close behide me, Frogkit. You won't be able to see anything in the tunnel until we reach the Moonstone." With that, she turned and padded into the dark cave, her whiskers blushing the edge of the tunnel. She kept her tail close to the kit as they padded into darkness.

Frogkit's fur brushed against the medicine cat's tail as he tried to keep up; at the same time as he was trying not to squish himself between her and the narrow tunnel walls. Everything was dark, his whiskers his only guide. "Are we almost there?" He whispered, suddenly gasping as cold air flushed into his mouth. The smell of clean, cold rock filled his nose, and he could tell they were close.

Silentherb opened her mouth to respond, but then a blight light had blinded her. Yup, they were there. She blinked the yellow spots from her eyes as she gazed at the Moonstone before her. Above the Moonstone was a hole, which you could see the moon from. She moved slowly toward the stone, smiling. It never seemed not to amaze her, and was it just her, but was it shining more brightly for the ceremony?

Frogkit squinted at the bright light, waiting for his eyes to adjust. "Wow..." He whispered, walking towards it with Silentherb. It was so bright in there! He had never seen anything so beautiful in his life...
He awaited his soon to be new mentor's signal to touch the stone...and become the medicine cat apprentice.

ooc: Is some one going to be starclan in this???

Silentherb glanced down at Frogkit, and turned to the tom. "Before we dream with StarClan..." She took a deep breath, happy for the small kit. "Frogkit, is it your wish to enter the mysteries of StarClan as a medicine cat?"

"Yes!" Fogkit nodded eagerly, straightening himself up so he looked less....kit like and fluffy .3.

Silentherb nodded, smiling. "Then come forward," she meowed, flicking her tail at a spot right before her.

Frogkit stepped forward, a bit excited.

Occ: You wasn't suppose to go to StarClan yet! I said move to a spot right before me so I could finish the ceremony!

Silentherb gazed down at the kit, smiling. "From this moment on, you will be known as Frogpaw," she meowed, before turning to the Moonstone. "Warriors of StarClan, I present you with this apprentice. He has chosen the path of a medicine cat. Grant him your wisdom and insight so that he may understand your ways and heal his Clan in accordance with your will." She flicked her tail toward the stone, her eyes shining. "Touch you nose to the Moonstone, and dream," she purred, as she laid down and placed her nose onto it, darkness coming over her as she fell asleep. Then had a dream that I don't feel like thinking of.
