An average night for some cats

"You don't want do be feared by Starclan" she meowed.

Stormkit's eyes flicker with worry, but once he looked at his father it was gone. "I-I know, but I don't think he means a fear-fear, like you are afraid...but maybe like a respected fear."

Nightmask was still flicking painfully, becoming more harder to see every moment that past. "Remember what I said, Stormkit," he growled, "Remember what you have to do to become respected when you got that torn ear!" as soon as he meowed that, he disappeared, and this time he didn't come back.

Somthing hit Greypaw Stormkit was getting a beating from his father! "Fear is being afraid thats it's only meaning!"

OOC: Is it alright if she DOES discover his secret and plus its pretty obviouse Nightmask is giving his son

Stormkit let out a huff, flicking his ear. "No, I remember my mom telling me about the kinds of fear there were...before she died...She said that my father was feared in both ways..." He shrugged, his icy blue eyes fixed on his black paws. "It's hard having no parents thought..." he trailed off...no one outside of WindClan knew that both of his parents were dead.

Occ: Pff, it's old new that he was beated by his father, but he does try to make it seem like his father is a great guy. He doesn't want to be related to somebody so mean. But yea, Grey can find out.

"Is your father beating you?" she asked with concern on her face.

Stormkit froze, not sure what to say, but then he shook his head. "No, he doesn't beat me," he meowed, some-what telling the truth. He hadn't been beaten for moons, mostly that his father was dead, but in his dreams..his father would call him weak and saying that he had to be more mean, which Stormkit didn't like. "He has been dead for a moon, I see no way he could beat me."

"Well once you are six moons go to the edge of Riverclan border I want to meet you in actual person well, this is a dream so" she meowed and licked the kits ear.

Stormkit ducked away from Greypaw, his face turning red from surprise. "Su-sure," he meowed quickly.

"I don't like any cat who beats his own kit!" she hissed "I can be like I can act like your mother, after all I am teased alot but I don't mind really but it still hurts" she meowed.

Stormkit looked at his paws, not sure what to say. "I-it's fine...really. He didn't mean to give me a torn ear!" he quickly meowed, hoping that it was true, but he knew from the look his father gave him he was amused at Stormkit's pain when it happened.

"I know when a cat is doing in purposly or not and I know by that grin he gave you he DID mean it" she growled.

Stormkit let out a sigh, closing his eyes. "It's fine. I'm used to it, as I was being beaten as long as I could remember. I don't even know what my mom even look like really...much less the day she died."

"Just go to the border of Riverclan when your a apprentice ok?" she meowed.

Stormkit nodded, his eyes flicking. "Yea, I will!"
