A Proposition

OOC: Starting at territory, but whatever D:

IC: Sleepystar stood alone at the Thunderpath, near ThunderClan territory. He sighed, looking into the marshy hunting grounds that he had nearly forgotten. "I'm home..." he whispered to himself, before crossing the border and entering. He hoped to find a patrol, or any warrior. ShadowClan's friendship was to be a vital piece to the destruction of the resisting Clans.

Dawnkit was looking around for some moss for Twanyfur, when she noticed Sleepystar. She had permission to be out, because Twanyfur was with her only a few tail lengths away. She bounded over to Sleepystar, and asked "Who are you?"

Sleepystar looked down at the kit, avoiding her question. "I'm looking to talk to Ghostst--" he paused to correct himself. "...Shadowstar."

Scarletfire approached, eyeing Sleepystar. Her gaze fell to the small kit. "Dawnkit," she growled, you know better than to run off like that. Though, it seems you have found the almighty leader of RiverClan, Sleepystar, correct?" The black she-cat looked up and took a moment to stare at him. "What might you be doing on ShadowClan territory?" She licked an unsheathed paw as she stared threateningly. There was no way she would survive a battle against a leader solo if it were necessary, but she would do what she must. Or at least what she wanted to do.

Dawnkit turned towards Scarletfire, "I was with Twanyfur. And he wants to see Shadowstar!" She squeaked. She turned back to Sleepystar, "It's nice to finally meet you! I have heard many great things about you!"

"He does, does he? Well, then, Sleepystar, why is that?" she asked.

Sleepystar couldn't help but smile at the kit's compliments. "I have a proposition that would benifet both of our Clans." he replied.

Scarletfire narrowed her eyes. "Alright, follow me. But just because you're a leader doesn't mean I won't kill you if you try anything funny..." she threatened, motioning him to follow.

Sleepystar smirked. "If I wanted to do something nefarious, I would have brought my warriors with me." he commented, following the ShadowClan warrior.

Dawnkit followed behind them wondering what Sleepystar wanted.

"Sleepystar!"
The voice erupted from a small apprentice as he darted over. "Sleepystar! I haven't seen you in a moon!" he, Shrikepaw, exclaimed

Scarletfire rolled her eyes. "Now is not the time for reunions. Come, Sleepystar, and watch your step," she warned, not hesitating for a second. She broke into a bound and lead the way to the ShadowClan camp, not letting her guard down for even a moment.

Sleepystar smiled and nodded his greeting at Shrikepaw, still following the cautious warrior step for step.

Dawnkit ran after Scarletfire, trying to keep up with her fake Mom.
